| Most people go through life as a whisper, a faint sound in the chaos of the world. Grow up, get married, have kids, retire, die. But that’s not what I want for myself. I want to be a shout! I want to be a scream that echoes through the vast walls of eternity! I want people to hear me! I don’t want a meaningless life! I look at all the people who go off to some job that simply brings in money, pays the bills, buys stuff. I just want to yell into their ear that their life is worthless!! What impact are you making on eternity?? How many people are going to be with God in heaven because of you?? huh?? Some might say, “well, staying at home, and just living a good Christian life will be a good witness to others. that’ my calling in life”……..and yes, I guess that’s ok, if that’s really what you think God has called you to. But don’t you just want MORE???!!!! Good grief, it’s a huge world out there, dying by the thousands every day, going straight to HELL!!! Doesn’t that make you just want to go out and do as much as you can in this world, and not be content with a melancholy life??? Our country is going down the tubes because of people like you not going out and doing something!!! *lets out a long sigh* don’t be content with being content…………….make a difference………..

sure is great weather again! oh how I wish it was this way all year round…..the only way to get that I suppose is Cali….bleh, I’ll deal with the rest of the year…….;) and while I’m the topic of the earth, lately I’ve been reading a lot and hearing a lot about space, time, and realitivity….that stuff can just blow ur mind away!! it really puts life in perspective, when you know that if you were on a certain star a ways out into the universe, you could see what u were doing 9 years ago, cuz it took the light that long to reach that star!! the further out you go, the longer into the past you can see…..so that basically means that u are living every moment of ur life at every moment in time….everything u’ve ever done, ur still doing it!! every sin u’ve committed , EVERYTHING!!! so if u ever think things u’ve done are way in the past and gone, think again, unless u’ve asked God’s forgiveness……something to think about….. …..to illustrate, draw a straight line on a piece of paper. draw three dots on it, one after the other. the one to the rear is the day u were born. the one in the middle is the point that is going on right now, the present, and the next dot (u guessed it!) is the point in the future that u die. okay, now I know the next part might be a little scary…but imagine for a moment that u are God, and the line you are looking at is history, time. You, being God, are outside of time, and you can revisit ANY moment in time you want, because you are outside of time! I picture it as every nanosecond in time being played over and over again on TV screens on the line….. so basically, everything that has ever happened, is happening, and that is going to happen, is being played out right in front of God, along the vast line of time……is that cool? cool can hardly describe it actually….awesome fits better……. man, I got a headache already……. so, now that ur head is hurting(it had better be!), tell me what u think…….i borrowed a lot of ideas, but the whole thing is basically my theory…….mom thinks I’m insane…..;) life is short, blake | | |
| This is a really cool game......i bought it a few days ago, and i love it! on my best record, i disabled 48 police cars before they busted me!! it was sweet! note however i disabled the other guys, not kill them...this game has an E rating so no one dies...bummer....not even any explosions....: ( jk.... ;) but i had some awesome hits.....one of them did like 4 flips in mid air when i hit them going 140....miraclulasly, they go over the radio, simply "he just rammed me, i'm out".....;) so how have ya'll been liking this great weather!!?? it's sweet! it even actually got HOT today, working on the house...but hey, after all that cold weather, it's fine by me.....although it looks like we may get some nasty storms this weekend.....for our house's sake, i sure hope not..... anyways....oh, who all is going to bedford?? anyone? i doubt i can go...:( we'll prolly b working....but i might, just might be able to hitch a ride with someone if a bunch of ya'll are going.... well, cu.... life is short, and so is summer, but i hope it gets here soon.... blake | | |
