| Hey
So...my mom wants me to pack so we can go see my brother who broke his foot while skateboarding. What a freak. ( I mean my brother, not my mom). I don't want to go! We'd have to drive like FIVE hours to Springfield, Massachusets. And I have no interest in that whatsoever.
Today...is boring so far. Unlike yesterday, it seems I cannot draw today, so i curled up in my chair to write. It seems, however, that I cannot do that either. What is the world coming to when your talents come and go like leaves in an autmn gust?
Ewwww. I'm giving my xanga entry imagery. How depressing. Oh well, when you can't write, you write badly. I'm working with a really awkward chapter in my book right now, that's why I'm having so much trouble, I think.
Our heroes have unsuspectingly stumbled upon a young Sorceress, who reports that the object of their quest is missing. The guy who finds her, Eobryn, brings her (Vilya) back to the inn where his two companions are to check if her story holds water. Upon awakening the bearer of the item in question, Eobryn discovers that Vilya was telling the truth, and he's none too happy. All that's ok. But then Vilya starts telling everyone her life story, which I think is just stupid. Why do I have to be so weird? Then, the bearer (Felendi) of the item that was in question (the Rinean Ta) gets all upset because she realizes they have to go get the Rinean Ta now (which was already stated pretty clearly by Eobryn). Then Ashtrien (Felendi's personal guard and traveling companion) wakes up, falls out of his bed, and everyone laughs.
Now, you can't tell me that that's not weird.
Also, I found out that you can't relocate a shoulder, which pisses me off to no extent. You wouldn't believe how hard I worked on the scene where Ashtrien has to pop Felendi''s shoulder back in place. I mean, I didn't know what I was talking about, so I ended up making it kind of graphic.

Silence followed, and was shattered finally when Ashtrien whispered gravely, “It looks like you’ve dislocated it. I’ll have to snap it back into place.”
Felendi hesitated a moment, and then nodded her head. “I’m ready.”
Ashtrien removed his belt and placed the leather strip in the Half-Elf’s mouth. Then, he grasped the velvety skin and lifted the shoulder carefully. Felendi shook in pain, biting down on the leather. A muffled scream came from the back of her throat. Ashtrien almost stopped, but the look in Felendi’s eyes when she turned to him rekindled his determination. He grabbed her shoulder again, and pushed. The cry that came from Felendi, though heard through the band of leather, was long and terrible. Ashtrien could feel the muscles under his fingertips as they slid out of the way, pushed, and pulled, directing the shoulder blade to its rightful location. Nausea bubbled up inside of him as he watched bruises spring up on the girl’s powdery white skin. Finally, there was a popping noise, and the shoulder was back in place.
The Half-Elf is Felendi, by the way. Ashtrien's a full Elf, if anyone was wondering.
I'm only on the fourth chapter of this book and I'm already thinking up a sequel. I'm so weird...
