Sometimes, you need someone to be there for you. You need to go to
someone just to hear them say that you are beautiful. Because it makes
you feel better. But sometimes, no matter how many times someone calls
you beautiful, you don’t want to hear it unless its from him.
 
He's gorgeous, but gorgeous is an understatement. More like
you're startled every time you see him because you notice something new
in a Where's Waldo sort of way. More like you can't stop writing third
grade run on sentences because you can't even remotely begin to
describe something, someone, so inherently amazing. more like you're
afraid that if you stare at him too long, you'll prove your parents
right that, yes, your face will get stuck that way..but you don't mind.

At the end of the day, when it comes down to it, all we really want is to be close to somebody. So this thing where we all keep our distance, and we pretend not to care about each other, it's all a load of bull. So we pick and choose who we want to remain close to. And once we've chosen those people we intend to stay close no matter how much we hurt them. The people are still with you at the end of the day, those are the ones worth keeping.
