To make an icon -- Ok, go to Paint, and make the white box 100x100. ((It says the numbers in the bottom right corner)) And then for the font, on the right it has a thing that looks like a 'A' and that's the font. ((It says that the smallest it can be is 8, but you can type in a smaller number)) And then, if you wanted to put a picture in there, you copy the picure ((not the URL address)) and on the top left, where all thoses things ar on the right, there's a dotted regtangle, and you just click that, and then paste the picture there. I don't know  how to make the letter blink, or to get the icons animated tho.
