| It's been a while since I updated my site, but here are some new pictures.
Here's Ryder, my youngest sister's newborn, he was born last week. Here's a new one of Trev, He played a very mean trick on me today by pretending to be dead and causing me to nearly have a heart attack. of course a new one of my obsession
Finally here's one of Trev and Daddy sleeping. I'll get more up later.
| Well this has been an interesting couple of weeks. Been working my ass off at the day care, I really enjoy working there. Miss Florence is awesome, she called me her lifesaver Friday. I go in early to help her pass out lunch. Though Friday I did something stupid. she gave me her key to her car to get out milk and other groceries she bought for the day care, I put the key in my pocket to free my hands to carry everything in and forgot I had it. While I was on my runs picking up the kids from school, I still had her key and she had to use her car. She wasn't too angry, though, one of the Pre K teachers let her use her car. When she came back she came to me and said "Where's my key?" At first I didn't know what she was talking about, but then she reminded me that she gave it to me to get the groceries out. I checked my pockets and there it was. I thought I was in trouble but she started laughing. I ended up laughing also. Saturday we had a snowstorm...in Atlanta! I went over to the inlaws for a bit before I went to work at Domino's. Trev wanted me to play in the snow with him so I found some gloves and put socks on his hands. We built a snowman together, first time I saw snow like this since I left Pittsburgh. It was great, we even got Brian to play in the snow with us, he took pictures also.

| I've noticed a very sick irony in the article "Nooses in Halloween displays create uproar". The Reverend Gamble had a huge problem with the figure being hanged based on the idea it represented lynchings. Throughout history many people in the middle ages were hanged for various reasons in Europe. Though, I find it sickly ironic that he would have no problem with the figure being made to look like it was burned at the stake. Throughout that same time period thousands of people were burned at the stake on the accusation of witchcraft and various other offences by the church whether they were guilty or not. Just something for the Reverend Gamble to think about. Here's a copy of a letter I wrote in response to an article about a minister offended by a halloween display, I'll post a link to the article later | | |
| Life is funny. It's like driving backroads. Sometimes you get cut off, sometimes people will let you turn infront of them. It's a series of ups and downs. I got the biggest shock when I woke up today and was given tickets to Hell Yeah's concert in November by my husband. I had planned on taking my son to get his hair cut, but something unexpected also happened. My mother in law wanted to come and go out to eat. She paid for our meal and then his haircut even after I told her that Del gave me his card to pay for the haircut. I've been playing Chrono Trigger again, that game reminds me of good times when I was back in Pittsburgh. I'm busy planning Trev's 3rd birthday bash and at the same time wondering how I can get my boss at the day care to let me out early to go to the concert. I might even request the day off for the event. | | |

Here is a funny picture taken at the Slayer show Del and I went to. The protester standing next to the Slayer fan in the hat is the same one that came up to me and told me "get used to that fire, that's where you're going to go when you die". Fun times
