Funny - For Old Time's Sake

I ran across this old picture from when I went to school to be a medical assistant at age 17 (with my mom, can you believe it!).  I'm trying to get into the same school that I went to all those years ago.  Maybe I'll show it to the younger students and give them a good laugh.

This is how I spend my time.  Algebra has even been invading my dreams.  Exciting life I lead.  Only 2 more chapters and the final til I'm done with this class.  I will be lucky to pass it with a C.  I'm getting anxious to get started in nursing school so I'm thinking about going the vocational school route.  The one I'm looking at is $43K, a 2-year RN program.  Lots of money but the fastest route to RN and making RN wages.  I'll stay on the community college wait list too but I'm going to go ahead and take the entrance exams to the other and see if I get accepted.  The next session starts in mid Nov.  Off to watch some King of Queens to clear the equations out of my brain so I can sleep.

Just got Mozilla Foxfire

Why did I not know this is soooo superior to Internet Explorer?  I was having glitches with IE so I decided to try something different.  Wow.  What a difference!  It's got all these cool add ons you can pick and choose like Morning Coffee, - you put in whatever websites you check every morning.  Another cool one is Pic Lens.  Whenever you run across photos there will be an arrow, you click and it enlarges in fancy way.  So awesome. 

Nevermind.  Not compatible with programs I use
