| In 24 hours and 30 min. I will finally be leaving Pittsburg for the Summer. I can hardly wait! Summer means two things to me: 1. Spending time with old friends that I have missed so much I can barely stand it! 2. Healing. I'm hoping that being around people who I know love and accept me for who I am and who knew me back when the future meant only good things, will help me get my spark back. It's time to leave this year behind and become whole again. I'm not worrying about this plan going awry because I know that a summer in KC with culture, sunshine and good friends can only do good things. Here is to burying the bad things and the negative self-perception. She would never say where she came from Yesterday dont matter if its gone While the sun is bright Or in the darkest night No one knows She comes and goes
Goodbye, ruby tuesday Who could hang a name on you? When you change with every new day Still Im gonna miss you...
Dont question why she needs to be so free Shell tell you its the only way to be She just cant be chained To a life where nothings gained And nothings lost At such a cost
Theres no time to lose, I heard her say Catch your dreams before they slip away Dying all the time Lose your dreams And you will lose your mind. Aint life unkind?

| Hey Everyone!!! I have been sick the last couple of days, and in my free time I have discovered the 1995 film, Sense and Sensibility. It's with Emma Thompson, Hugh Grant, Kate Winslet, Alan Rickman (Prof. Snape from Harry Potter), and the most beautiful creature, Greg Wise. I'll try to get a picture of him on here as soon as my limited technology skills will enable me. Could he ever take the place of my Colin? No, but he sure is pretty!!

OMG!!! I am a technological wonder! I did this without any help from Kristin or anyone!!! I am such a bad ass with a computer. *Sigh* This is Kate Winslet as Mariann and him as Willoughby. *Sigh*
| Okay so I know I wasn't tagged or anything, so you know what...? I'm tagging myself. So deal with it biatches!!! Continuing....5 weird things about moi...
1. I don't like the cream in oreos. So when I eat them I scrape out the cream with a knife, and throw it away, and eat the cookies. (I'm a very picky eater).
2.I'll sometimes eat before bed so I can dream. (I love dreaming and eating before makes you dream more vividly and you remember more of them.)
3. Whenever I take a bath, when I'm done. After I pull the plug and the water is draining I have to say "bye, bye water." This really is weird. I don't know why, but I have been saying it ever since I can remember, when my mom still gave me baths.
4. I am missing a tooth. Okay, I think it's time to come out with it. I love everyone who reads this. When I lost my baby one, an adult one just never grew in. I have a fake one instead. I have had a fake one since 8th grade. If you ever want to hear some hilarious stories, just let me know. I have great ones with this.
5. I really love history. And yes, Sally, I am a history buff. I would love to go back in time, but not to change things, just to see it. I think guys in period movies like Braveheart or of course Colin Firth in the pride and prejudice miniseries (so much better than the keira knightley version) are really really hot. If given the chance I would probably work the Ren fest or do the reality shows where they set you up in a faken old-time colony, and I would be totally into it.
| I seriously have the best people in the entire world around me. I really do have family and friends who would do anything for me. My Mom, Grandma and Sister love me no matter what, and have put up with my crazy antics for 18 years. My friends are amazing! People who will go to Jeepers with you and face the bitchy workers because you have a report due. Friends that drive around me with me while I dance crazily in the car, and when another car thinks my interpretation of "No Scrubs" is amusing, chases them down with me. Friends who will look for my car keys in a soccer field, in the dark. Friends who will put up with my Shenanigans, listen to the crazy dream I had last night, let me cry on their shoulder, and watch Love Story until 12:45 because it made me feel better, even though they thought it was the worst movie ever. I am truly blessed. | | |
| So I had an awesome weekend in Lawrence! I drove down Friday afternoon and Mallory and I went bowling from 11:00-1:00 am and then watched Shakespeare in Love. (The guy who plays shakespeare is HOT, Colin Firth is also in it, but not as hot as he usually is). Saturday we walked around campus and took crazy pictures with the jayhawks. Then we went to a KU vs. KSU rugby game and then we hung out with Sam for a while til he had to work. Then Mallory and I conquered Mass. Street. We shopped the vintage stores (I got a fabulous "great gatsbyish" hat) and became cultured with flaming cheese at the "Mad Greek" resteraunt. We were so tuckered out that we just went to her dorm and watched When Harry met Sally and Drop Dead Gorgeous. It was fabulous!
I am having college decison drama right now. I just found out that my comp. I class won't transfer to baker as a gen. ed. It will transfer as a english elective, but I guess they have this extra special magic english that you can't get anywhere else. KU would be awesome but it is too big. I would absolutely love to go to Creighton but it is way too expensive. bah!!!! Anyway...I am procrastinating on my Elective English essay that's due tomorrow. No I'm not bitter. It's just all the universities twist the truth so you spend more money!! I hope everyone is wunderbar!
I love you all!
