Day 1, in the books

Monday = back, legs, and biceps.

 

Just came in from outside.

Trained with the log, two bricks, and a broken cement block.

 

Did deadlifts, rows, and shrugs with the log.

3 x 10, x 12, and x 20 respectively.

 

Trained rows and curls with the cement block.

Don't know the count.

Did it til it stopped hurting.

Worked past the pain.

 

Did shoulders and curls with the bricks.

Shouldn't have done shoulders.

That's for Thursday.

Oh well.

More work doesn't hurt.

 

Did two sets of 25 of bodysquats.

Deep burn.

Did 1 set of 50 bodyweight calf raises.

Killer.

My legs are naturally strong, and my calves are naturally cut.

They're already strong, I just want them to have endurance.

 

Got that throw up feeling in the back of my throat.

Can't wait.

 

I was training outside with sweatspants and an under armour on.

The sweats were weighed down with sweat.

 

Awesome feeling.

Made up for cheating a little on my diet at dinner.

Back and (none really) bis

Got 405 on DL for 3 consecutive reps.

Happy with that.

Did barbell rows, pulldows, and dumbbell rows to finish.

Didn't train bis cause I went to throw.

Did a set this morning.

Sore all over.

Yay.

I'm slowly easing into training hard.

Next week I'll do everything.

Bench/tris.

Deads/bis.

Squats/shoulders.

Abs and cardio.

 

 

It's gonna happen.

Chest and tris.

Trained yesterday.

Chest and Tris.

I'm fried.

All there is to it.

Bench, dumbbell incline, flies for chest.

Dips and overhead EZ curls for tris.

That's all it took to fry them.

Oh, sorry.

Okay, I haven't posted in a while simply because I haven't been training.

I start practice on Monday.

I'm using that to train for a show in May.

Oh yes.

I'm plan on benching 400 by the end of summer.

Weigh 285 by May.

And a bunch of other goals I can't remember right now.

Update on Monday.
