sorry i haven't posted in a while....but you know how things get..
i'm sure you know by now but just in case you don't....IT'S SUMMER! hehe my favorite. so far it's been the best ever. i haven't been bored for one second! which is definitely great. rookie camp was awesome and i love my clarineties! they're awesome. i wasn't sure they really wanted to be there the first day, but then as the three days went by it seemed like they were really enthused about being a part of our band. yay.
so jumping in to leadership was a great experience. i never thought i could do it that quickly. after the first few hours i think i was getting the hang of it, and it really does transfer to other things in an ordinary day. i think this is going to be great in order for me to grow as a person. wow that sounded really cheesey, but hey, it's true. and now i can't wait till precamp! i'm excited.

hey guys! muchas apologies for the long time no update thing. but of course..i've been busy. first off, i've started working at target. it's hard being the rookie who doesn't know anything and has to ask everyone else, but it's not bad. and the pay's not bad either. heh. so yeah that's good.
let's see, today was the APWH test. scary, i know. i think i did pretty well, and i'm trying to remain optomistic.
today was also THE day. yes, that's right, leadership results!! that was a scary walk to the bandroom. but ultimately a good one. i made assistant section leader of the clarinets!!! i'm soooooo excited! hehehe

i <3 spring break!
i think i've made the best use of time w/ this one. i haven't stopped going until this morning. it's been different places everyday, w/ the best ppl of course. braves game and jake's house on saturday, quintet and rynn's house on sunday, and picnic in the park and target and my house and dinner at rynn's on monday.
weeeee.
