| It's hard seeing a close friend go through difficult times..and, as the person on the outside feeling helpless. In fact, not just helpless, but guilty. Here I am, complaining about the most minute things in my life...when there are more serious, life-threatening matters going on in someone elses.
If definitely puts everything in perspective. All else seems so insignificant, and it's shame that it took something like this to make me realize that.
Why do bad things happen to good people...only God knows.
