| You are a sock.
You
are a cozy, fuzzy, warm-hearted person. A lot of your friends describe
you as a hopeless romantic. You fall for the opposite sex very easily.
But be careful, because usually you don't know what you are getting
into, and because you are very sensitive, you can get hurt...
especially in early relationships. Also, don't exclude the cold-hearted
from your "want-list", because they just might be looking for a kind
person to warm up their heart.... or a sock to warm up their feet.
Most compatible with: Toilet Paper.

| ooh, ooh, ohh! I really like this, Steve!
(stolen from Steve )
this quotation from Augustine's City of God:
"So far as these truths are concerned, I do not at all fear the
arguments of the Academics when they say, 'What if you are mistaken?'
For if I am mistaken, I exist.

| So...yeah. Lars and I spend two hours talking with our boss, and
more importantly, her husband, the President off all their
operations. He is soooo way more understanding. And you
know what? I pray to God
that I am never the kind of wife, that
my husband feels so bad and wants to help people so much that he has to
give them cash out of his own pocket and tell them not to tell his wife or
he will die. That just blows my mind. Please somebody just
shoot me instead. I have seen so many relationships get screwed
over in the last two weeks that I am scared to even go out of my
house. I don't understand how people can be so cold and heartless
and hurtful. Why? Why must we be hateful and selfish?
Back to my favorite quotation of the moment:
"He fell in love with himself at first sight, and it is a passion to
which he has always remained faithful. Self-love seems so often
unrequited." ---Anthony Powell
If people would quite looking at themselves and take time to look at
someone else's hurts we would have a lot less hurt in this world.
**On another note, looks like I'm out of a job, and I will be going
home soon. Could be a month or maybe three....I haven't decided
yet, and that will partly depend on if I get a small job on the side to
tide me over. I don't want to sign a whole new one year
contract. We are going to have to be out of the apartment by the
end of the week. Lars is going home by then. I am going to
have to find someone to move it with. So...accomplish all that,
and before I decide to go home....
I'm going to Taiwan!!! Yay! I will spend a
week in Kinmen, over where Ginger and Shawn are, and then spend the
weekend with the Chen's. I can't wait! I am really
excited. See you guys soon!

| Thanks Sam, that was really sympathetic of you.
All I have to say, is that GUYS SUCK. Yes, Hannah, you are
right, they suck. I don't include my guys friends in that sweeping
generalization, because I have personally approved of them. (ok, Sam I'll be nice an include you in the exception category, even after that comment you made )
But girls are also STUPID, so don't think I'm totally biased. And
again, my friends are exceptions to that rule, but that is my current
generalization. But the girl generalization had nothing to do with
why I was stating the first one, so don't think that it did. I
just didn't think it would be fair unless I balanced it out.
And for those of you readers I am going to be making myself a new blog
so IM me (AIM: collidingreality) if I do not subscribe to you and you
want to know my new addy.
