Dear Dennis Yoon,

Brother, it has been months since I have last seen or spoken to you. Up until now, I have missed you dearly, and wondered how you have been. Remember in the beginning of the semester, you told me you would give me rides to my Tues/Thurs 8am class at Leonhard. Remember how you told me this would be a good way to keep you accountable, so that it would force you to go to your 8am class as well. I thought you were crazy at first for suggesting this idea, and I knew it wouldn't last for long. Hell, I for sure would not give anybody rides 8am to an from anywhere. And just as I predicted, you stopped. Well, I've been going to my 8ams for the past several months without you, walking thirty minutes sometimes half asleep wondering if you'd made it to your class. I want you to know every Tuesday and Thursday while I walked to class, I thought of you. Brother, it's been too long, and I miss seeing you, chillin with you, going to Ruby Tuesdays with you, and smoking your cigarettes at your apartment late night. I feel sad that I didn't get to spend my last semester at PSU with you. And I only write this letter to you publicly because I cannot reach you any other way. You know, I thought of driving up to Allentown to visit you and catch you off guard, but as soon as I left, I realized I don't know your fucking address. But I tried! even if it was for only 5 minutes. Anywho, I hope you are doing well, I hope you're enjoying the holidays with your family and friends, and I hope to see you soon. If you're reading this, leave a couple of e-props so that I know you're alive (just one will do as well). I feel kind of gay for doing this on xanga, but I figured no one goes on xanga nowadays anyway, except for your ass. So hit me up, drop me a line, do what you gotta do. You know I'll always be here for you.

the eagles lost, and i was pretty depressed for a while...

but then i watched the patriots YET AGAIN come through in the clutch and it made me feel a little better for some odd reason...i've always rooted against them because they've won one too many superbowls, but it's pretty hard to root against these guys, especially tom brady... i think to myself, wow now that's God-given talent right there, it's hard not to admire such greatness...I AM NOW A FAN! (of course, under the eagles)

anyway, i have decided against watching the season premiere of 24 tonight, i cannot go through the pain and agony of waiting one whole week to watch an episode...jack bauer will have to wait again till next christmas season when the DVD set comes out

merry christmas and happy holidays everyone...winter break has been freakin SWEET thus far...who knew i was such a sucker for TV? i should really start reading, but man, television is so much easier, how can you resist jack bauer??...and i should start getting out of the house more, i think im slowly beginning to lose friends...hahaha whatever

btw, who still uses xanga? has myspace totally taken over?

wow, i had the most trippin dream last night...

so in my dream, i visited penn state during the middle of the week right after work, i guess that's how much i miss it up there subconsciously, i don't really recall why i went, but that's besides the point...once i get there, i chill with my roommates until bedtime (penn state bedtime, around 3am or so) playing video games and just bummin around, whatever...then i wake up at like 6am, and right when i wake up, i start freaking out...i need to get to work! i usually get to work by 8am... but the drive from penn state to new jersey is about 4 hours...so im thinking i gotta get the freak out of here and start driving, and start driving FAST...right when i'm about to sprint out the door, yulphil stops me with his goofyass grin and says, "yo jj, no need to worry," and he takes me outside .....to some big round white UFO looking thing as tall as him, perfectly round tho........i couldnt believe my eyes, then he says, "this will take us to new jersey in no time"....the thing opens in half and i remember him and my other roommate, min, go into it, and they both holler at me to get in, im thinkin, hellll no...min, being the smartass that he is says," dude you're late for work! come on!" i'm reluctant, but i have to get to work, alls im thinking is, i have to get to work...i walk inside scared as anything and the big machine closes on us three...and the next thing i know, we go through the ground underneath and we travel what seems like 1000 miles an hour through the inside of the earth,...why underground? i have no idea...new jersey is only 240 miles away...while we're travelin i see a bunch of trippin ish, ...and then min and yulphil are chillin in the spaceship (?) and i am sitting there and i am having the hardest time breathing for some reason...i vividly remember not being able to breathe...i can't breathe and i'm gonna be late for work, im thinking, what a terrible day...and then...........thank God, i wake up from my dream and it's 7:02am, and i wake up hard, like how people wake up from a freakish nightmare or something...and i lay there, relieved thinking that i wont be late for work but miserable because i have to go to work...

sorry if this was a big waste of 5 minutes for you guys...

wsup friends...i'm so bored here at work, past couple of days i've had nothing to do, and i can assure you, having nothing to do is a lot worse than having too much to do...it's amazing that i've already been working for 4 months, and it's just as amazing that i'm pretty much only halfway done!...it's been really good so far, going back to visit psu, going back home to visit family, or just staying here hangin out with rutgers heads...and as much as i miss penn state, it is quite nice to take a break from the college routine...oh, and getting paid? that aint too shabby either...

couple days ago, i went up to a taping of Conan O'Brien in NBC Studios...geez, what an amazing trip...there really is nothing quite like new york...my roommate put it nicely, that there's so much chaos and energy everywhere but it all somehow seems to fit so well together in one place...walking around it was funny to see that the stereotype is so true about asians, them people are taking pictures everywhere!...why do asians like pictures so damn much?! i just dont get it, i'm guilty of it too, i must've used up my whole memory card in my camera yesterday...so anyway, being in the audience of the show was cool, Conan is definitely taller in person than on tv, and funnier too i might add...

well back to work, happy easter guys

10 Years Ago:

i was 10, in third grade i suppose
i was pretty fat with a shaved head and tucked in ALL my shirts with my fat belly sticking out
i was the one of the tallest in my grade
i dreamed of being about being a pro hockey player after i watched the Mighty Ducks
i started to have this huge crush on this girl...the first of many in elementary school

5 Years Ago:

i thought i was ghetto as hell at the age of 15
i wore huge clothing (and 1, pure playaz, south pole, etc.), listened to rap 24/7
i had my first class with injae (algebra I) after years of going to the same school with him, since kindergarten actually
i first met june lee in biology class, the beginning of a great friendship
i took the bus home after school with james choi and sandy park when it went nowhere near my house

1 Year Ago:

i seriously considered being an electrical engineer (whew)
hung out mostly with who would become 2 of my closest friends at penn state...min and adam
i dated sandra, after years of deciding to fly solo i finally met someone on the same page as me
i went to work out with peter chang daily...miss you bro, keep in touch with your favorite junior please?
i studied a lot in lyons study hall lounge with matt for emech 11 and 12, hahah good times

Yesterday:

was tuesday
i went to walk to my first class, which is no joke 30 min away from my apt
i went to work with jiyoon, if you want to call it that...we don't really work, we do nothing and our bosses give us food
i went to elle's family group, which is an odd and random grouping of kids...but a lot of fun nonetheless...i'll never forget our jubilee night screening, hahaha one of the worst and funniest things i've ever experienced
