Despite the media coverage of her ex's relationship with Angelina Jolie, Aniston (on set in Chicago on June 21) isn't looking back. In addition to The Break Up, she's wrapped the movies Friends with Money and Derailed since the split, and a source tells PEOPLE, she "feels a weight has been lifted off her. She's the best she's been."

Summer Serious, Summer Not: Maybe it's the weather, but something is heating up the hotties, because Us Weekly is swimming in intriguing hookups. There's Jake Gyllenhaal apparently rekindling with old flame Kirsten Dunst. (Reps say their recent Tinseltown PDA is not an official thing, and we think making out unofficially sounds like more fun anyway.) Then there's Ashley Olsen spending time with Jared Leto on both coasts. She's playing groupie by coming to see his rock band, then they later met up at Hollywood's Lucky Strike Lanes—-it's called picking up the spare. And on the odd-couple side of things, there's Quentin Tarantino having a "very touchy" late night in Vegas with KevFed ex Shar Jackson (though Shar says she and Q are just friends). But the cute-as-a-dickens moment of the week has to be singer Pink proposing to her motorcross racing beau of four years, Carey Hart--while he was racing! She had to be persistent, though. Hart ignored his beloved's "Will U Marry Me" sideline sign for three laps at a Mammoth Lakes race, until she added the word Serious!. Well, okay, if it's serious. He made a quick pit stop to say yes (be still, my Hart), and Pink hopped on for a victory lap. Carey then rejoined the race but pulled out when he got a flat. A racer pal told the mag, "He's all, 'I'm glad I got a flat! I'm outta here!' He was too excited." Vroom, baby--and congrats. Here's hoping for a happily rev-her after. |
