So I was at Church last night and I walked out side and realized how nice of a night it was and decided to go running when I got home. So I did and it was really nice and I like running because its nice to just be able to think. I found myself thinking about two things 1) What I want to do with my life 2) Basketball cuz the season is just getting started. I'm really excited about basketball because it keeps me really busy and it takes me from about November through March. (almost the entire school year) So thats pretty nice to just keep busy. I just finsihed two different series of book so I'm glad I have something else to take up some time now! I was kinda bummed however because I found out we have a tournament the same weekend as Fall Retreat. Which means no Football and Softball. Well thats all I got. This is a pretty long post for me!

I am so excited about leaving Sunday for our cruise! It should be a blast. We'll be gone on my birthday so I'm hoping they serve lobster on the boat that night! I'm going white eater rafting, visiting mayan ruins, and going to hell (thats hell, jamaica but it sounds more cool just saying i'm going to hell) I told my grandma about this and she was like OH! thats nice and went back to her sewing, it was funny. Yesterday we visited my aunt and my uncle. They have the funniest baby. My uncle has the NFL ticket w/ that thing that pauses live television and his goal is to have it set up to watch three games at once. I was like in total awe. I think I have decided that the Lions pretty much suck and thats all I'm gonna say about that. Well I'll end this on that depressing note.

So this weekend I went on a service retreat (cooking for the college retreat) with Eric, Mike Reynolds, Curtis Sawdon and my brother. Let's just say that we gave Eric a hard time all weekend. The first thing we do when we arrive at this camp is unload food and cut a billion onions. It only turned out that we used about 3/4 a billion a.k.a. alot of uneeded work =) It was all fun though, we got to play football with the college guys, (and girls) watch MSU loose in a room full of MSU students, see Michigan win in a room full of MSU students, and we played a massive game of risk with Curits and I dominating. We did learn a lot about eric; he likes to cook, enjoys chick-flicks, watches the View, plays games where the only point is to share feelings, doesn't like to walk or drive alone in the dark, and prays about syrup???? You can come to your own conclusion. Oh well, I guess he's ok. Well thats all for now.

Ok so after this week I only have one more week at camp and that will be awesome! Let's just say I have a wierd cabin this week.....anyways.....I am so tired. There are however a bunch of awesome people here on staff. Including "the neighborhood mom" who makes us cookies and the crazy asian I like to refer to as Brandon Craun ( there are others who are just as cool but I was just hanging out with these two. Me and my friend are running staff devos tonight so that should also be interesting. So yeah I will definetly have to hang out with all my friends when I get back cuz it has been like forever. Well I got to go

Ok so I just came back for the weekend from camp and I checked my e-mail & my xanga, only to find out that it had been terminated ( what a solid word ) by it's owner. Well......since I'm the owner and I wasn't here to terminate it I turned to the only other person who would have the access, Ashlee. Well I guess she was changing my music like I asked and somehow my xanga didn't work anymore. So this is now my new site, so that all if you were just wondering why the change.

Ok so I'm home for the weekend and I guess working at Kimball Camp has been alot of fun. I've had birthday invitations for kids in Ann Arbor and one kid threaten to beat me up. The people I work with are awesome. There are a few who are definetly a little lets say different! I wount mention name or reasons do to the fact that they may have my xanga. The best part was when Jon Campbell just started shooting me with an air soft gun because he had never shot me before, j/k. I do miss all of my friends and now it looks as if I may work off and on for the rest of the summer. Oh, yea quick story....

There are theses kids who try to sneak onto camp and vandalize stuff. They are called coons and can sometimes be violent. Well we had some coons thursday night. Me, Brandon, a Marine and a few other staff members armed ourselves with baseball batsn night sticks, clubs, and other weapons that won't be discussed. We spent two hours searching the camp in groups of two from midnight untill 2am. Wes, the marine who is a giant, would organize us in attack parties and we would spend five minutes planning each new search area. We would hear them but we never caught them. I hear this happens several times a summer so all I can say is that coons beware! Well thats the end of my long post!
