| nooooo. summer school tomorrow. espanol. no bien.
so, my birthday went wonderfully. thanks to all who came and spent the day with me! texas road house isn't all that it's cracked up to be, but The Break Up was! andddd THE MAVS MADE IT TO THE FINALS... ON MY BIRTHDAY! how amazing is that?! i know, crazy amazing. oh and I finally got my PS2 that I've always wanted from my parents, it's the super tiny one. i've been playing harry potter and the goblet of fire in all my free time (which isn't much lately)
tomorrow night I have to work. it's actually kind of fun to work there! it's nice quiet "me time" in the store by myself. but it is nice to have visitors as well. (trade secrets in the mall... 6-9.. i'll be there)
ok, bed time is soon. :/ gotta get up and run in the morning, then go to... dun dun dun... school.
| one more week of freedom. :/ summer school, here I come. dangit!
so I went to Berkner's graduation this weekend, and I realized something about graduation. You have all this pent up energy and excitement about graduation day and finally getting out and what not. But nothing miraculous happens on that stage, you simply... walk across. Then all of a sudden it's all over, and you feel as though that wasn't enough. Yeah, you walked, and you got your diploma and everything, but that's it. I donno. I just remember it being a weird feeling after it was all said and done, almost disappointing.
my birthday is saturday, 19 sounds so boring.
oh yeah, I donno if I mentioned, I got a job at Trade Secrets at Town East, thanks to Tara! I haven't started yet, but I shall soon (:
"I want to buy you flowers everyday make every day a holiday, and carry on and on and on about you and the things you do. The things you do!"

| today. I shall post a song. a song that is dear to my heart.
"No Such Thing" by John Mayer
"welcome to the real world" she said to me condescendingly "take a seat, take your life plot it out in black and white"
well I never lived the dreams of the prom kings and the drama queens I'd like to think the best of me is still hiding up my sleeve
they love to tell you "stay inside the lines" but something's better on the other side
I want to run through the halls of my high school I want to scream at the top of my lungs I just found out there's no such thing as the real world just a lie you've got to rise above
so the good boys and girls take the so-called right track faded white hats grabbing credits, maybe transfers they read all the books but they can't find the answers all of our parents, they're getting older I wonder if they've wished for anything better while in their memories, tiny tragedies
they love to tell you "stay inside the lines" but something's better on the other side
I want to run through the halls of my high school I want to scream at the top of my lungs I just found out there's no such thing as the real world just a lie you've got to rise above
I am invincible I am invincible I am invincible as long as I'm alive
I want to run through the halls of my high school I want to scream at the top of my lungs I just found out there's no such thing as the real world just a lie you've got to rise above
I just can't wait for my ten year reunion I'm gonna bust down the double doors and when I stand on these tables before you you will know what all this time was for
