First get all your SCVs to start gathering minerals, build more SCVs as you go along. Once you have about 15 SCVs working on minerals get two of your SCVs to work on building supply depots. Have those SCVs always building supply depots. Then train another SCV and have it build a refinery when it is done train four more SCVs and have them working on gas. Build a couple of barracks and train 20 marines 10 from each. Then build an engineering bay. After that is done build a factory. When the factory is done being built attach a machine shop to it and start to work on upgrades. Then build 2 starports and build three wraiths. Build an academy have it start working on upgrades. Then build 2 science facilities attach a physics lab to one and convert ops to the other. Have those start to work on upgrades too. Then build a couple of battlecruisers. If you are on an island build missile turrets about 2 inches apart on the border of the island. If you are not on an island surround your base with bunkers and missile turrets. Fill the bunkers with full health ghosts or marines. Then just wing it from there!

Surround an enemy base

Find and enemy base that has all sides surrounded by walls but with one open space. Get some siege tanks to deploy with in attack range of the enemy base. Make sure that all of those siege tanks are in a straight line. Then get some SCVs to come and start to build some bunkers in front of those siege tanks. Make sure those bunkers are in a straight line filled with ghosts. Surround the remaining walls with missile turrets. If the rest of this base is surrounded by walls it will prevent to ground units from getting out.

Attack

Build 12 dropships and fill them all with marines. Get the dropships to unload all in the middle of the enemy base.
