  • Rugby game today against Lakewood. Lost 10-20. We only had 15 girls. They had enough to play their B-side first half, and when they realized we were winning, they played their A-side second half. When one of our girls was sin-binned, we just played short and they scored. I played inside center. I realized, I'm not big enough to play forward in college. I'll be killed. Phoo. Rugby is no fun as a back. You don't get to scrum or maul or ruck or jump in lineouts or any of that great stuff.

Did any one understand what that meant?

Afterwards, the Lakewood South African coach invited us to a social for some "eats". One of my favorite things about rugby: the accents.

Sometimes, Extreme Makeover Home Edition makes really wierd, ugly bedrooms for the kids. I mean, 2 years later the kid will hate it and still have to live there.

Who does a quiz on the first day back from spring break? Do they really think people will put forth the effort or be able to focus?

    D.C. in 5 days!

I tried to put in my 2 weeks at work, and my manager wouldn't let me. Can you do that? He said he needs more for one more month. I need his evaluation for a summer job I'm applying for, so I guess I have to stay. Pah. Maybe I'll just ask for every day off. I'll leave a note in the box:

"Craig, Mon-Wed I can't work, and I also need off the 13th-16th. Thanks! -Jen"

    He'll never catch on...

  • Glorious things about the past couple of days:

    ~ Waking up at 11am!

~ 5 miles in shorts and a tee down sunny bike trails... I think it might be spring!

~ My pastor gave a sermon on Crocadile Dundee. He's like 70. Why was I the only one having a hard time not laughing?

~ Got into Witt Honors college. Good deal.

~ Finding this game online. Addicting.

~ My imaginary trip to Florida. I was jealous, so Margie invited me along. I decided to go after Cassie's birthday party and meet her there. I'll be sure to take some pictures.

~ Realizing that there is about 2 months left of high school.

I decided that if I can't find a job I like this summer, and by that I mean I don't dispise going there, that I just won't have a job. I think I have enough saved up. I could spend my time volunteering, or running, or just relaxing then. I applied to Water works/ the nat, Stow parks and rec, and I know a few golf courses are hiring. We'll see. Only 3 weeks left of Drug Mart!
