You know how you feel when you finish a chapter in a book?
You
feel very satisfied. There is relief. There is a slight pondering over
the events that have just played out and, if the specific section
happened to be sad, there may be tears. But whether the chapter was
happy or sad, the conclusion is always welcomed, and you move on to the
next one.
If ever there were "chapters" to a person's life, then
I have say that one of mine has most definately come to an end. It was
one filled with laughter and tears, hopefullness and hate, bliss and
pain, love and lust- all the elements that make up a good novel, I must
say.
But as all chapters in books go, I am most ready for this
one to be over. I have reflected over it, cried over it, and now I am
finished with it. I am ready to dive right into the next one...
I
guess- no, I know- that the person this rant pertains to will read
this, and that is what I ultimately intended. Who doesn't occasionally
write blog entries aimed for a specific person?
So...I am glad it's all over.
I
know that you think this whole thing is my fault; you have always said
that in one way or another, though you never said it directly. There
was always some reason why we were "forbidden", and you seem to think
that that is the only thing I saw in you. I am sorry that you think
that because it's not true. Nevertheless, I want to end by saying thank
you for teaching me so much about myself. So, I will go be a selfish
highschooler now, but not because I am mad at you, but because I know
that that is the way it needs to be. I've made decisions. I have
relinquished all my now seemingly childish ideas, and I've finally come
to terms with the inescapable realization...
I will never catch up, and you will never catch me.
Love, Kevin H.

Updating.
It is now 2:32 AM. Tess and I had a busy day today. First we got
together and hung out for a little while, got cappuccinos from
McDonalds. Then I took her to work. After Tess got off, we went to see
Jackyl and Hyde at Washburn. I'd give it a thumbs up. Actually, I
really did like it, and I plan on seeing it again next weekend. After
the show, we went to Family Video and got some movies. First we watched
SNL The Best Of Will Ferrel.....tres good. Then we watched National
Lampoon's Family Vacation. It was a hoot.
I was just thinking about my family vacations. Well we never have any now, but we actually went some sweet places:
We'd go to Colorado a lot and just hang out with our friends there up
in the mountains. One time we went camping. It was cold. We also went
on this slide thing and I was remember I was going really fast and
there was a chipmunk on the track, and I couldn't stop, so I ran over
it. I felt really bad and I started crying because I just pictured a
dead chipmunk under my sled. Well when I got to the bottom, I picked up
my seld, and the chipmunk just scurried off.
Another time we went
to Sound Dakota and we rented the MASSIVE lodge...but there's only 5
people in my family? Anyways, so there we were, 5 people staking in a
lodge for probably 20. I took a long all my beanie babies, and they all
got their own beds. It was a fun trip for all. On my birthday I
remember we went to this sweet water park that was like 2 hrs away. But
it was worth it.
My dad took my sister and I do Florida once. We
went to Disney World on day, and then Universal Studios. Personally I
liked Universal better. My favorite ride was the ET one. Most likely
this is because ET is an amazing movie (I cry every single time I see
it, no joke...). We also went to Cocoa Beach one day too- We went to
Ron Jon's Surf Shop (One of a kind!).
Another trip we went on was
to Texas, because I wanted to go to the beach so badly. I can remember
standing on our room and looking out at the beach. I collected so many
seashells from that too. I remember I was too scared to stand in the
ocean for very long, because it felt like I was moving. I couldn't
understand the way the waves we moving and it scared me. So I played in
the sand most of the time.
If you're really interested
about my family vacation, then ask me sometime to tell you about the
car rides, because they are very interesting. But now Im going to go to
sleep.

| Elaine.Why Today Is Special...
Facebook told me that today is Stacy
Myer's birthday, Kristen Conklin's birthday, and Zach Vito Thompson's
birthday. Happy birthday guys! It's sincere, I promise...
It is day 8 of my saga. 22 more to go?
Tess, Sam, Kelly, and I all did a reenactment of our "I Don't Like The Look Of....[insert original phrase]" dance.
Late Start allowed me to successfully complete my APUSH homework that I
failed to complete the night before, when I should have.
I ripped probably the biggest hole you will ever see in my pants at SRO auditions.
I talked to my Momma.
Heard some of the best gossip ever known to mankind. But don't bother,
in order to protect the innocent (or guilty, you might say...), you
will never get it out of me.
I cut my foot on my counter.
I decided to take my contacts out for the first time in probably a week. Oops. I hope I don't get some eye disease.
I got paid for mowing.
A Few Things I'd Like To Do Someday...
I'm curious to throw a lighter in a camp fire.
Wear My Sunglasses At Night.
Go Snowboarding/Skiing.
See More Monty Python Movies.
Go someplace outside of the country.
Smoke a joint on the 50 yard line with Tess.
Go On A Safari.
Some Things I'd Rather Not...
Try any sort of exotic food. I like my cheeseburgers just fine, thank you.
Rip my pants again. I mean, sure it was a good laugh....but...I'll pass.
Clean Up Broken Glass.
Find A Needle In A Haystack.
Do The "Shapoopie" Lift without a spot.
Get electrocuted.
Clean the downstairs bathroom.
Think about Heaven/Hell/Purgatory (Thank you Catholic Youth Group)
Take care of a puking Cara Smith...I find this must be done sometimes, however.
