I didn't want to go an entire month w/o posting...

so Monday is my birthday and I'll be 22. I think that's pretty old and so it's time that I make out my will.

To my sister I leave: my cell phone.

To my brother I leave: any cd I own even though he probably doesn't like most of them

To my parents I leave: my car.

To my friends I leave: nothing--I'm poor.

Well, I think now that I'm so old it's time to retire from xanga b/c apparently I'm going senile and forget that I have a xanga site  & forget to post.

I will now put this rediculously silly post to rest.

My grandma came to stay the night w/my Thursday, that was exciting..

STUART LITTLE IS NO MORE!!

So I was getting the towels out of the washer Wednesday evening and I see this furry thing hanging down from the back of the washer. My first thought was, "Wow, how did we get such a big hair ball stuck in our washer?" Then the closer I got to it, I notice IT HAD FEET!

Gross, gross, gross! I screamed a bit and started to shake & was too scared to come out of my room. So I called my brother who couldn't do anything about it b/c he's in OKlahoma. Then I called Carly who first laughed at me and then came over to help get it out. But since it was stuck up in there Nathan had to come and pull it out.

Have I said GROSS!!!! yet?

I wanted to move out, but I guess I'll stick it out a while longer.

CAMP

Picture 2: My beautiful friends Tosha & Lorrena. They were SOOOO much fun to hang out with at camp. I miss them even still.

Picture 4: No, my dad isn't wearing lipstick--he'd just finished a cherry snocone. ... You can tell where I got my good looks from can't ya?

Picture 5: I call this one, "Pickards-in-a-blanket." Me & Jess had to sleep in the same bed b/c the thermostat was set on 52 degrees and we nearly froze to death. (For those of you curious about her comment about me "needing to get married" on my last post it was b/c I told her I missed having her keep me warm.)

So everyone should watch "Pride & Prejudice," but should probably read the book first... don't ask questions. Just do it.

1. I'm sitting in the house of some girl I barely know--but she's not even here--and I'm pirating the internet from the frat house across the street.

2. I had cookies for lunch yesterday & banana nut bread for dinner tonight.

3. I spend several hours of everyday lost in a day dream.

4. I like to make good grades.

5. I secretly envy talented people.

My 5th Birthday.

I am now 5 years old! ....  Spiritually speaking. I became a believer 5 years ago at Cedar Hills Youth Camp in Binger, Ok.... and this last week I was able to go back & it was a huge blessing.

I believe that every year I get a spiritual birthday present. I can tell you what each of them have been over the years. And this year I believe that being able to go to camp was my gift. First of all b/c I forgot to ask off work, but people were willing to cover for me so that I could go, Second, I only had enough money in my account to drive there and back, but third--getting to go to camp was enormously refreshing. Something about being there with my family and my church family was the perfect reminder of what's important. I was so glad to spend that time with people I love so, so much. Thank you pleasant hill people!! (And everyone from the other churches.)
