| one month left of school... woo hoo. for those of you who don't know I
got my Earhart Award in CAP on Thursday and i'm now a cadet captain. so
that's pretty cool. that's about the only interesting news out there.
oh yeah I got a 75 on my calc test so i'm "surviving" that class. we'll
see how the rest of it goes. anyway that's about it... do you guys like
the dispatch song that i have on here?

| Middle East Region, Cadet CompetitionWell Drill Team is officially over until next year. Competition was
this past weekend and it was def alot of fun. It was a pretty tiring
weekend tho, I ran my mile in 6:13 and puked afterwards (just thought
you'd like to know). and then volleyball was fun. I realize this is
just kinda me rambing and just mentioning random stuff but w/e. We
played football saturday night after competition except we didn't have
a football we had to use a rugby ball. anyway now i need to study for
my calc test tomorrow that I NEED a good grade on otherwise i'm just
done in that class. so yeah i'm going to go study.

| whoa we can have titles now?I failed my calc quiz today. I guessed on 7 out of 8 questions. now you people are probably like haha joel didn't study but I did. and the lady who is a MATH teacher that sits next to me that does all her hw and everything thinks she only get 3 right... I don't wanna see my grade. how was the rest of ya'll day...

| alright alright... you can calm down because i'm updating. Basicly our home computer's internet gets shut down when we go to xanga with internet explorer. Thank goodness for firefox it works now. The only problem is I gotta get my parents to unblock xanga now. Let's see last weekend I went on a winter survival camping trip with CAP which was awesome. We did some search and rescue training and also just burned alot of crap. which is always fun. i mean glowsticks, whole benches, shoes, and a beer bottle with beer in it that exploded and burned a few lawn chairs... (oops). But yeah it was a lil chilly. Got to drive my brothers explorer around in the mud tho so that was fun and my friend dan actually got air in his mom's jeep liberty. that was pretty funny. Anyway you'll can party now that i'm back on the xanga scene... heh

| man my calculus class is really hard. and we have a quiz coming up and i'm so not ready for it. oh well. today i had to take a desk, a bike, and a hockey net to the dump. the hockey net fell out on the way there. i hate getting out in the middle of the road and putting hockey nets back into my truck. working today, then i dunno what i'm doing later. prob hanging with dan. color guard competition tomorrow for CAP. I'm not in it but i'm going to watch so that should be fun. boy i'm bored at the library... the computers here are soo slow. oh i remember the whole reason i wanted to post
