On Aug 6 around 7:00pm I got a call from my mother. She sounded distressed on the cell phone as the reason was that she was in the emergency room at Shady Grove hospital. My grandfather has been having problems for the last few months due to old age and improper diets. My mother needed me to bring her a list of the medicine my grandfather was taking so that the doctors or nurse at the time can better prepare and help my grandfather. As I rushed into the emergency room i saw my very ill grandfather lying in bed in as the nurse was getting readings of his heart beat and so forth. All seemed well till after the readings things started to go downhill. The nurse told me he had to get back into the wheel chair and wait outside in the lobby which doubled as a waiting room, she walked without helping my grandfather at all and left me to pull my very weak grandfather and help him into his chair. At this point i thought that the nurse was just very busy till i saw her in front of the room chatting with another nurse. I was disgusted that no help was provided. As we rolled into the waiting room to wait I could see around me groups of patients that had dreaded looks on their face and who had wished to call 911 and be rolled in right away with an ambulance and pay an ambulance fee than to have been waiting in agony and pain for one nurse to call out the next lucky winner. As we waited for around 5 mins the nurse rushes back out and tells us to come back in and walks away back to the door, as we got up and try to move my grandfathers wheel chair that was parked to the side so no one would trip over his legs or be in the way of other patients, the nurse rushes back over to us impatiently and grabs the chair and says "let me get this" and nudges her way in and rushes him in, she went in so fast that we where barley able to follow her as we got to the door a nurse stops us and says only 1 visitor can go in. At the time it was me, my mother and grandmother. As I was shocked in seeing that this nurse would want to stop me frustrated me. I tried to reason with her very politely that I was here to help translate to my grandfather and mother what the nurse or doctor was doing in hopes that things would run smoother for both sides. The nurse very impolitely ignored my reason for wanting to be with my dying grandfather and told me again in a very annoyed manner that only 1 visitor may go. I tried explaining again to her that this may be the last time i see my grandfather as he has been to the hospital twice and I would have liked to be by his bedside. In a very rude manner the nurse looked away and yelled "im getting security." We waited in the hall and minutes later found our grandfather in a room that was very large. and the nurse was trying to take my grandfathers shirt off as my grandfather kept on complaining that it was cold until me and my grandmother went into the room my grandfather, after i explained to him that the nurse needs to get him into a gown he understood and was corporate with the nurse, than a officer walked in right past me and my grandmother as if we where not there and said "she said 5 people walked in and their is only 3." The nurse that was helping us told the officer "she only wanted 1" with out noticing that me and my grandmother was still their. The officer didnt even look at us and said only 1 two of you have to go and just left. I did not want to cause any trouble for my family so i wanted to explain but never got the chance. As I left the gave me a look of disgust as if i did something wrong. I was perplexed at the idea that I could not be with my grandfather and wanted to reason with the officer if i may see my grandfather as if it was his last wish and something he would have wanted for me to be their with him. But I waited outside and as I was waiting I saw the officer pat the nurse on the back and laughed. At this point I did not enjoy how the officer supported this behavior of kicking an innocent teenager out of his dying grandfather's room. On the record I did not make any commotion and was not in anyway in the way of hindering the nurse from doing her job but was helping out by translating to my grandfather which he is already in his late 90. I waited longer outside when I saw 3 caucasians walk right into the guarded door with no problem, the nurse did not even give them a second notice but the officer did do his job in asking why their was more than 1, but after a very smiling small talk the officer let them past and went back to his post. I was very irritated as he kicked me out, an Asian but when caucasians walked in the office understand them, the other problem was that all 3 of them seemed to have no problem and more that they where just visiting a patient. As I was a bit frustrated I went to talk to the officer. As I kindly asked him why I couldn't go in to see my grandfather he told me simply the rule is one visitor. Than I asked why he let the other 3 people in and he denied it at first and than I said the 3 people that just walked in and he said they are just in the waiting area which they where not in. I told him that it would be best for me to be in the room so I can translate to my grandfather what the nursed wanted him to do, also tell my grandmother what was going on so that she wont be soo scared. The officer said very rudely standing up to make himself bigger than me, I guess to boost his low self esteem and man hood and he said to me, "Well I have worked here 11 years and im translating to you that only 1 visitor." Shortly later my mother came out of the room and told me it would be best for me to go home and waited to see if my grandfather would be admitted tonight. After a very frustrating visit to the hospital I realized that Shady grove is one of the worst hospitals ever and that it is nothing you see on tv, it is nothing you think about when you hear emergency room.

All i hope from this post is to spread awareness of this issue and hopefully from this change may come.

So i have this item, its a ipod shuffle 1gb, but the thing about it is that it isnt from apple, and its a knock off from china, but the item looks real, feels real, and works just like the real version, but the difference in it is the price and the uploading music. This ipod shuffle i have uploads music so that it is easy transfer instead of like the program apple has. You have just tested the item and it works like the real thing cept the uploading part. Retail this item bran new is 79.99 with out tax, ebay is around 50 and up, and the item will be used and may have dmg but you cant even see or touch it. My item is 35$ and you have tested, touched and seen what you wanted. So what do you think?

Be honest! Even if i dont know you I want you to respond to me on what you think
