| So, I havn't posted since april. I originally started this as an online journal for my trip to Thailand for my financial supporters to see a part of my trip, but now that I am just holding space on xanga, I may as well use my site for other things.
The summer is almost done, whew. My summer hasn't been fabulous, but it hasn't been terrible either. I mainly worked as a front desk clerk and bellmen at the Best Western Kelly Inn, but I also managed to squeze in teaching dance for middle school aged to high school people. When I had a day or two off (which was by request only!) I whizzed to Omaha for family visits, Kansas City for a wedding, Rapid City to see a play starring my friend, and Minneapolis to visit Matt and others. I also got to serve at Siouxland T.E.C. #42.... It was cool to end my TEC experience as overall, but unexpected as well. I felt very disconnected from the TEC routine, but I think it was God's timing because I felt more like a leader than a peer. But several kis gave their lives to the Lord, and that is worth celebrating. Continue to pray that they seek after him. As the summer is winding down, I am looking forward to starting school in the cities and dance all day!
We are getting ready for RiverBoat Days, a city festival, where my classes and myself will dance. We had a dress rehersal today and I couldn't believe how out of shape I feel, I'm ready to get back in. | | |

so i googled myself. I found two more stories about my tsunami trip
that I didn't know existed! woah! Check it out..they totally murdered
my quotes, and didn't put in why I was even there ...(Jesus). Leave it
to the press to forget him. Sigh.

| update: be sure to read the article printed in the Yankton Daily Press and Dakotan about my trip to Thailand :
http://yankton.net/stories/033005/community_20050330017.shtml
In addition to this story, two
radio interviews and one, possibly two tv stations have covered my
ministry in Thailand as news stories! Praise God! What a great
opportunity to witness!

To the thousands praying for me and the trip:
...the Lord was listening to your words. Thank-you for praying! He
worked in so many ways, both in our hearts and in the hearts and minds
of the Thai people. Your prayers were needed in our battle against
spiritual darkness... "if you believe, you will recieve whatever you
ask for in prayer" Matthew 21:22.
To my financial supporters:
Words can not express the awe that I am in for the opportunity the Lord
gave to go on this trip. TRULY, it was not possible without your
support. Thank-you. God calls us to be involved with 'missions', and
that doesn't always mean going out of the country. You were involved
with this trip 100% of the way....
"I thank my God upon every remembrance of you, always in every prayer
of mine for you all makiin request with joy, for your fellowship in the
gospel from the first day until now..." Philippians 1:3-5
Mark 16:15 "He said to them, "Go into all the world and preach the good news to all creation."
