You Are a Pistachio
|

You are funky, freaky, and a total character.
You're very different than anyone you know.
There's no way you're changing the way you are...
Which is good, because no one wants you to change.

You Are Christmas
|

More than most people, you are able to find magic in life's small moments.
Traditions mean a lot to you, and you tend to be quite nostalgic.
You are a giving, kind person who really understands the true meaning of holidays.
You inspire others to be as altruistic and caring as you are.
What makes you celebrate: Tradition and a generous spirit
At holiday get togethers, you do best as: The storyteller. You like to recount memories with everyone.
On a holiday, you're the one most likely to: Give a gift to everyone you know

| So In Love…I have to admit I was a little depressed today cos Charles and Alvin are no longer in Kuching.
But I know who to turn to. My Wonderful Counsellor. And Friend. And Brother.
For the past two weeks or so, life was so enjoyable in my brothers’ sunray. We didn’t had a full reunion anyway since the seventh month of 2007. Alvin and I spent time together till the 26th. Charles only came home on the 27th. Nevertheless, they will see each other for a day or two before Charles returns to Damascus.
With Alvin: One random day, we decided to go on a fishing trip after dinner. We bought some snacks-cum-bait and settled down among some overgrowth on the bank of a drain-stream. Snacks-cum-bait alright. It was getting dark but we forgot to bring a torch during our hasty departure. So we switched on the Proton Saga’s headlamps. Vision was extremely poor even then. We were joined by a swarm of buzzing mosquitoes and a few whispering stars. That was about all we could see and then some tall grasses. We caught 14 fishies among us that night.
With Charles: Hashing was the new word he introduced into my story. Last Saturday, we drove to a jungle in Tarat. Hashing is running. Anywhere. Alleys, underground monsoon drains, farms but mostly in the jungle. The Hare went ahead of us, leaving behind a trail marked by pieces of paper. The pack of Hounds followed the trail. Somewhere along the trail, there will be a false trail. Somewhere along the trail, survival and tracking skills come into mind. We ran the mountainous terrain and the slopes of pepper plantations. The run was so demanding that halfway through, my muscles were numb and feelingless. Yet, I found a reservoir of strength amidst the downpour. The reservoir I have never tapped before. I emerged from the greens-and-browns after an hour and a third, covered in odd-looking scratches, dirt and sweat. The guy said we could not possibly run in school shoes on the slippery trail. He said we should bring along some water. Nonsense.
I will always be my brothers’ little brother at heart. I used to sleep in their beds when they left because I find some solace there. I shall find some tonight.
Many things about tomorrow I don’t seem to understand; But I know who holds tomorrow, And I know who holds my hand.
