| My Life Thus Far Has Been A Blessed OneMy husband turned 24 on Sunday. I threw him a birthday party on Saturday at his favorite restaurant, Golden Corral. That day I realized how blessed we are with loving family and friends. Tonight, I skipped half of church to go to the mortuary to be with someone who really has made an impact on my life. She's had a lot of loss in her life lately. Just keep her in your prayers. She lost her grandmother who pretty much raised her. Her grandmother helped out my family a lot when we were both kids. Seeing her brought me to tears. That so long time can lapse and so much come between us yet in times of loss we can pull together and be there for each other. My grandparents, mom, and I all carpooled. I wanted to stay longer but my grandma was ready to go. She's having nerve problems in her leg. My new job sent me to the new second location office. It is soo nice! I love it! I hate the 5 oclock traffic in downtown greenville. Mileage wise both offices are the same; however, I got home in 10 minutes from the new office whereas it takes 35 minutes minimum from the office I work at. That's pretty much all I feel like saying right now. | | |
| Just an update on my life for this Xanga. I've graduated from NGU first Thursday in May. I'm starting work at an opthomologist on Tuesday. I'm really excited about the new job. I'm officially leaving the nursing and rehab center next month, although I won't have any hours over the next few days. Tonight, we're having a lock-in at the church. Daniela, Ryan, Kelly, and I are in charge. We're going to have four girls atleast and about 16 guys. Our youth group has grown since we merged our new church with another church plant from Taylors First. So keep me in your prayers on staying awake from 7:30 - 7:30 with a bunch of screamin kids. | | |
| Praise You in This Storm words by Mark Hall/music by Mark Hall and Bernie Herms
I was sure by now, that You would have reached down and wiped our tears away, stepped in and saved the day. But once again, I say amen and it's still raining as the thunder rolls I barely hear You whisper through the rain, "I'm with you" and as Your mercy falls I raise my hands and praise the God who gives and takes away.
Chorus: And I'll praise you in this storm and I will lift my hands for You are who You are no matter where I am and every tear I've cried You hold in your hand You never left my side and though my heart is torn I will praise You in this storm
I remember when I stumbled in the wind You heard my cry to You and raised me up again my strength is almost gone how can I carry on if I can't find You and as the thunder rolls I barely hear You whisper through the rain "I'm with you" and as Your mercy falls I raise my hands and praise the God who gives and takes away
Chorus
I lift my eyes unto the hills where does my help come from? My help comes from the Lord, the maker of heaven and earth I lift my eyes unto the hills where does my help come from? My help comes from the Lord, the maker of heaven and earth
Chorus

| Spoiled Rotten Ok. This morning was the best morning ever! Ok, well since I got married. I finished school yesterday. I'm just waiting on graduation. This morning I woke up to breakfast in bed, a beautiful "just because I love you" card, and a clean kitchen! Yes, I have the greatest husband in the world! He made my day so wonderful... even though I have to leave now for work! I LOVE YOU, RYAN WRIGHT!

| More than anything...Ok. So class wednesday, exams friday, graduation practice the next wed., then... GRADUATION MAY 3RD AT 2PM! Need I say anymore? I'm excited! I'm really excited about my master's degree! I'm getting my MBA! And the greatest thing of all, I'm going to be going to the same exact school as my mom!!! It's awesome. I am so excited! I'm even MORE excited for my mom going back to school starting this coming Monday. So please pray for her. Her daughter is grown and married and graduating college and she's starting back to school! I'm sorta tired of mathematics. I mean, I want to go into statistics or teach eventually, but I just cannot pursue my acceptance into Converse's MAT program. I cannot afford it right now. Ryan and I need to both work full-time so we can save up some so that Ryan can just pursue his ministry at the church. We've prayed about it and this is where we see God leading us. So, what will I do after graduation? GO SEE MY DADDY IN PHILI!!!!! Thats what I want more than anything in the world right now. To see my dad! I miss him! I would miss him even more if he had actually had to go to Iraq like the government wanted to do at first. | | |
