Hello all, gathered here in Xanga Land....

I'm still here after a year...from time to time...

I enjoy the view and share some of mine too:)

I love this painting inspired by my sweetheart's story and specially requested by him to illustrate the latest release...the last time I got lucky enough to really paint...and for me it is perfect for a Happy Happy Birthday to me and a big thank you sweetheart! And a great thank you to all here in Xanga Land who share the view:)

In Loving Memory of Toni Ma

We

      Miss

                You....

Love you and you are here again in memory.

With a beautiful smile, tears in your eyes and a loving hug...I felt you again last night, thank you for the loving visit.

Will I come back and edit profile?...no painting, though trying to have a more balanced life again and communicate with those who still physically live, including many interesting people here on xanga...and of those who live in memory....sad to hear of Astrid too:(

Hello again to all around Xanga.

Painterly is finally back online for a time.

And in the Garden, the air is fresh and fragrant...

Callas unfurling in lush abundance are inspirational.

Hope you all enjoy the painting...it will take a time for Painterly to catch up with some visits, for there is much on the plate of life at the moment, much of it top priority to take care of to keep the focus and dreams alive and well:)

Technicolor Pleasures

After many gray and brown days (Chicago, Denver, Kansas City), with fresh pretty snow air, it is great to be home in the land of color and sunshine...and as Portia mentioned, I'm in love and it's wonderful to be home with my loved ones, even if only for a brief moment this time...at least all this travel is towards our painting goals, and I really enjoy flying high above the earth and being free to see the workings of the moving world...thanks for the many lovely comments, and generous sharing of your lives...hope to see you all again soon, best wishes and hugs all around.

A glimpse of another pretty intense team experience...originally, painted in high digital detail for reproduction of our creation for many...

Some things including xanga to a large degree are are simply interesting blips on the screen, no one has had a huge impact, on their own...though there has been valuable interactions, even those that seemed destructive have had positive repercussions too. And I have enjoyed sharing this community with someone who truly loves painterly with a passion. So lucky in so many ways, it seems silly to complain even a bit…with such beauty in the mix with perspective when the hand of pain is removed from the face so many things are clear...reminding me of an exercise...

Move the hand in front of your face, if brought close up it blocks out much of your view, with a bit of distance and perspective, you see the hand is yours, quite neat and attached and you can control it to a high degree in your interaction with the world in your view. And here we show the hand, mind interaction at a distance where everything can come together in our view, and focus is fabulous. And the brush dances on…

Painting with pleasure's sweet passion for creative expression...the hand, mind and muse dance...accentuated by the play of colour with the dark and the light, brush dancing....can be delicious...
