• Same old thing

  Kids are still cute (usually), my backseat is still full of carseats.  4.5yo loves his new carseat.  It's red.  Red is his favorite color.  I just like that he'll be harnessed for another year or two before it turns into a booster. 
  
  
  
  What I harvested on the 14th.  Green onions for dinner and garlic, because I was curious.  Apparently I need to start pulling some of my garlic to let it cure.  Still figuring out that part...  may see if I can hang 'em from the rafters in hubby's shed.  Lots of ventilation in there still, but nice and warm to dry out the skins.

  Eeeeh!!!  I'm so excited!  And yes, that truly is how pale I am in real life.  Ghost like, I swear.
  
  
  
  First attempt at strawberry pie filling.  I think whole strawberries would work better next time, and apparently I completely misjudged the whole 1-inch headspace thing.  *sigh*  Still shaking my head at my clearjel disaster a few days ago.
