So currently life isn't too bad, aside from changing the bandages. My dog, Esteban, tends to want to eat them when I get them off before I can throw them away, and I'm afraid that after swallowing a couple he might have some stomach problems. I guess we'll see.

Anyway, I better go. Sex Court is coming on.

Thursday, December 16, 2004

Ok, so here we go. This is going to be a rough entry to type, but we're gonna give it a go. Yesterday I was working on the Camaro. I had the wheel off and was working on the brakes. The acr came off of the jack and fell onto my left hand. Keep in mind, no wheel. Axle, and rotor not to mention 1200 pounds crushing the top of my left hand. I broke the 2nd, 3rd, 4th, and 5th, metacarple (sp?) bones in my left hand. I only know the name because that's what the doctor kept saying. basically that means the bones in your hand that aren't finger bones. I broke them all except the one on your thumb. So, surgery yesterday, and now I am back home, forbidden from doing anything. No camaro, no video games...worst of all, NO GARDENING. But I can still flip through the channels on my television. (I have a buddy who is a cableman and he taught me how to steal cable. Funny thing is, his name is Jorge too.) So, here I sit, and am forced to watch the Ellen show, and similar programming. Yeah talk shows. Anyway, no gardening for a long time. My life is sad. Not to mention that I'm going to have to redo all the work on the camaro.
