so, it's come to this. 10:30 on a saturday night and i'm so incredibly emotionally drained that i don't even have the energy to attempt to have a life. it's weird. i'm normally fine at school. i suppose b/c i'm constantly surrounded by ppl forcing me to do something w/ myself. i mean, how sad is it when you're own mom is telling you to go hang out w/ friends or that it would be good for you to have ppl over? i'm pathetic. home = depression. that is that. being home is not healthy for me. i can't stand it. i love my friends, but i don't even feel like hanging out w/ anyone. ugh. i suck. wow...what a rant. i guess it's better than sitting around doing nothing tho. i've written so much poetry i've sucked my brain dry for now.

cold is the hand that reaches for me
but still it's the only one that i see
comfort is something far gone from here
replaced with nothing but pity and fear

ok...i guess i have a little more left. maybe i should go write some more...

it's soooooooooooooo confusing...don't know where to turn

what's better:

the lie that draws a smile?

-or-

the truth that draws a frown?
