| Over 500 of those e-mails are from my guitar Prof, Matt...we've only known eachother for a little over a year. I think he has an e-mailing problem...hahaha...and I bet you all the other kids in studio agree =) | | |
| Here I am....3AM on January 2nd (technically)...and I'm staring at my mailbox of 1400 e-mails. Mind you - this is since July of 2003. Hahahaha...initially I was going to go through - save some addresses to my book and make sure I didn't delete any important info and just get rid of it all at once....but, I start at the last page (from freakin 3 1/2 yrs ago) and feel all sentimental about it. I didn't even remember that this stuff was there! I never read it! So why does something in me not want to delete anything? This is a perfect example of why I frustrate myself so darn much....probably gonna end up staying up all night giving the interesting looking ones a last read before I trash 'em. Anyway - I just thought it'd be nice to start the new year with a refresher. Maybe cleanin my mailbox out will motivate me to clean my room and Jeep as well.....doubtful =P. 2006 was a great year =) However, I'm really really glad it's over. Hoping for lots of good decisions in 2007. I'm also a big fan of making some changes this year. Still contemplating my summer (as always =P) and what I really want to do with school and life and such (as always) and wondering where I will find time to accomplish all that I hope to and still have time for a healthy social life...but actually get SOMETHING accomplished (as always). Meh...it'll all work out, I'm not really worried. Yay for a new year! Had a nice li'l family night this evening....made pizzas, watched tv, and watched Little Miss Sunshine (amazing!)... gotta love the fam =) Kinda silly....but they're all wonderful. It's been so nice out lately. Really wish I had someone to roam with right now. Go stir up some trouble in downtown Sandwich. Hahaha....yeaaaaaaaaah. But it would be nice to go for a walk. | It has been quite a long time =)
I should be studying for my last final...but I get to take it whenever I want - so my motivation is not at its highest and my procrastination has set in again =P
So much has changed and happened in the last year. I'm engaged (that's freaking crazy in itself)! My major is no longer Music Therapy (although I might double it with my new one...Jazz Studies)...switched my principle instrument to guitar. First summer not marching since 8th grade =( Started working on my private pilot license! Joined a band and got "kicked out of" a band...hahahaa. Melissa made it into pharmacy school, so she's leavin me. Got a new baby cousin, Danny D! Made some AMAZING new friends. Signed a lease for a house for next semester. Partied a bit. Went to Berlin for the first time ever! Lost some things (keys are definately included in this). Found myself with 2 adorable pet rats. Learnin to ride a motorcycle in a few weeks. HOLY CRAP - I WENT SKYDIVING! =) Learned a ridiculous amount of information during my sophomore year of college....hehe. Bartended. Went salsa dancing! Etc, etc =P
I've really noticed a lot of changes in myself and the people around me. Sometimes it is for the better, other times not. But either way it's really freaking cool to see the results. =) I'm so happy and cannot wait till next year!

| Tomorrow's my birthday! :) Berklee is amazing...Boston is wonderful -- I don't wanna go back to Illinois  . My flight is for Saturday afternoon and classes at Western start Monday morning, hehehe....this is gonna be a fun one. Championships was cool - Gilette Stadium, baby. Ooooh yeah. I haven't slept much since I got to MA. . .gonna go work on that ;).
