| Life is good. I can't complain. I look at what some people are going through and i am thankful for what i have. I'm working, making some money and looking forward to a school year of opportunities. Jess and I have been having long talks about life and its funny how much we think we know. Lol.

| Missing Sweet Salone. I had a dream last night that i went back to sierra leone for a break. It felt so real that when i woke up it was a blow to realize that that is not likely to happen any time soon. I was so devastated i actually cried. Its weird because its one of those days you want to try and feel sorry for yourself and bla bla bla but you know you should just be thankful for what you have.
I'm back in philly and the people in my house are actually all really cool. We got to bond at a retreat we all went to. Now the work is gonna begin, back to long nights, long days and everything that comes inbetween.

too bad i'll be working this summer. After being here for these past 2 weeks i'm gonna miss the fine brothas up here, that is one of the few things philly is lacking. I'm getting to love DC. I've been getting lost all over that city these past few days and I LOVE IT. CHillin with my dear sisters has been loads of fun, i'm gonna miss that while i'm in philly this summer. |
