Today I did 37 laps, yay! Hopefully I will be in shape by the time college begins. What else. July 4th was a little boring. I went to Emily's block party and then out to dinner with cousins. The other day I MJ-ed with my cousins and won almost $20, WHOOT. Hm. Today Wendy T. took us to Angeli's restaurant to eat. Mm. Then Coldstones. Mm. Cheesecake Fantasy, yum. I forgot what happened in the past week. Oh, I brawled some. Watched Lust: Caution which is a REALLY depressing movie. It's very meaningful but if you plan to watch it make sure you're ok with intense sex scenes. Really intense, like 10 minutes of porn basically, but it's essential to the plot. What else. Oh yah, Tiffy's party was fun. Movies I haven't seen were The Holiday and Gattica. I am the biggest sucker for chick flicks so I liked The Holiday. I recently made a list of chick flicks to watch, time to start downloading. Gattica was good but I'm not a fan of sci-fi. What else. Some other stuff I can't remember, mostly hanging out with friends. Which is good. I need to schedule my driving test, and read more books as opposed to watching movies. I finally added videos to my iPod touch, I learned how to d/l youtube videos on a Mac. I'm too lazy to organize my ideas in this entry, my bad. I'll organize them next time, not in the mood now. Bye.
Monday, June 30, 2008

Yay for Spain! They played well and deserved to win. I really don't like that Silva guy who stalls when he has the perfect opportunity to make a goal. Germany wasn't too hot, even with Podolski, Ballack, Schweinsteiger, and Klose all on the field... just didn't deliver. Still, they are great players. The game was what I expected -- hard to score at all because both teams are so equal. That Torres goal was pretty lucky anyway, I secretly wanted Germany to equalize because I'm no fan of lucky goals. I am especially happy because some of those Spanish players are on FC Barcelona (which is my favorite club). Maybe FCB will have an advantage next year at Champions League. Who knows. Lala ok.

Today I watched three movies: Wall-E, The Incredible Hulk, and Wanted.

Wall-E is unique, but I thought it wasn't as great as other Pixar movies like Ratatouille. I teared a little near the end though... sadly. I had super high expectations for it.. maybe that's why I didn't enjoy it that much, especially since there was a guy with two annoying babies sitting to the right of me. Iono, the movie was CUTE for sure... but unfortunately that doesn't do it for me.

The Incredible Hulk incredibly sucks, haha. I think I'm just biased because I think the whole concept of The Hulk is stupid. I think any Hulk movie would suck. It reminded me of a super crappy version of the one and only King Kong (cause there's a girl in love with a huge creature). It got high ratings, but I thought the movie was too long and very boring. Green monster fights another green monster... yawn. It is a lot of stupid action to me.

Wanted was really good! Especially the ending. There were a crazy amount of twists... what a fun movie. 100% Action-packed. Good action too. After the movie I was like DAMNNNNN this is the hands down the best I've watched this year. Angelina Jolie is still hot... end of story.

EDIT:

Today I watched Wall-E again. It was much better, but still I prefer movies with more dialogue.

I watched Kung Fu Panda.... REALLY FUNNY! Haha.
Thursday, June 26, 2008

SPAIN WON!! SPAIN WONNNNNNNNN! JUST AS I WANTED YAYAAAAAYAYYYYY

OK.

The first half was SO BORING (I almost fell asleep) because Spain and Russia didn't seem to be playing for real. The second half was MUCH BETTER on Spain's part. Russia's offense SUCKED throughout the entire game, they didn't even make many goal attempts. Spain's offense was SO GOOD -- their control over the ball is CRAZY GOOD. I felt like Spain's possession of the ball was much greater than Russia's too. Spain scored THREE GOALS in the 2nd half, which was really exciting!!!

OK.

THE FINAL GAME (On Sunday!):

GERMANY VS. SPAIN

Crap... I love both teams... who to root for.............................. ?????? PRO KICK) SCORES ONE IN 26TH MIN.
THEN GERMANY (KLOSE HEADS IT IN) IN THE 79TH MIN.
THEN TURKEY EQUALIZES IT (AMAZING GOAL -- VERY PRO) IN THE 86TH MIN.
THEN GERMANY (LAHM) MAKES A FINAL TIE-BREAKING GOAL IN THE LAST (90TH) MINUTE OF THE GAME!

GERMANY FOR THE WIN! Turkey played REALLY well though, especially with so many injured players who couldn't make it, but I prefer a more pragmatic team [Germany] than an aggressive team [Turkey].

Tomorrow, I really want Spain to kick Russia's ass. MY IDEAL FINAL WOULD BE GERMANY VS. SPAIN BECAUSE I LOVE BOTH THOSE TEAMS. I THINK I LIKE GERMANY MORE THOUGH. 11/14/2007

Soccer is known as the “beautiful
sport”. It takes a skill and finesse to play, and it requires just about every
athletic trait, such as speed, endurance, and coordination. Some of the most
athletic moves in sports come from soccer, such as the bicycle kick, and the
spinning step over. And while American love their football, the rest of the
world has enjoyed a sport that we haven’t quite embraced just yet. Here are ten
reasons why the sport of soccer is better than football.

10. Soccer is the original football
Before anyone ever took a pig and turned it
into an odd shaped ball, people across the pond were kicking a ball and
referring to it as football. And if you think about it, that makes sense. After
all, you play the sport with your feet. But when Americans got their hands on
the sport, they changed the name to soccer. Soccer didn’t mean anything. In
fact, it was a new word thought up just to describe the sport where the ball
was played with the foot. And when American football was invented, someone
decided to name it after the world’s most popular sport. Maybe during the early
days, football wasn’t doing so great and they needed an easy way of tricking
people to come play it. Just imagine, a couple German and Italian immigrants,
and some guy comes up to them and says “we’re playing football over on the
field in an hour. Come on out and join us, mates.” And thus began the
bastardization of soccer.

9. The world plays soccer, only Americans play football
Soccer is the most popular sport
in every country…except the United States and Canada. Every country regards
soccer as an important event, and a chance to represent one’s self in a
dignified and professional way. In America, soccer is low on the popularity
charts. Some say it’s because of the low scoring matches. Others would argue
that it’s because we didn’t invent the sport. But for whatever reason, soccer
has never quite caught on in the United States as much as it has in other
countries. At the world level, our men’s team is gaining ground, and our women are
always challenging for the top spot in the world. But the men’s team hardly
dominates the sport, and is regularly handled by the better teams, and that may
be point of contention with American fans. But the fact is, soccer is more
popular than any other sport in the world, counting football. Billions of
people can’t be wrong.

8. Juggernaut in X-Men 3 is ex-professional soccer player
Vinnie Jones is an actor who is
probably most famous for playing the Juggernaut in the film X-Men 3. What does this have to do with
soccer, and why is it a big deal? Because often times, soccer players are
looked upon as wimpy. Vinnie Jones it built like a truck, and he played soccer
like that as well. In fact, when he played professionally in Europe, he was
considered the team’s enforcer on the field, totally crushing opponents. In
fact, he has been red carded (ejected) from games 12 times in his career, and
was once given a yellow card (stern warning) only five seconds after the match
started. If Jones proves anything, it’s that there are soccer players out there
as tough as anyone in the NFL.

7. Soccer has the most attractive athletes
If a questionnaire was handed to
every woman in the world which asked who the sexiest male athlete is, chances
are that L.A. Galaxy stud David Beckham would dominate the list followed
closely by Christian Ronaldo of Portugal. And the ladies who play soccer aren’t
hurting anyone’s eyes either, with Mia Hamm and Heather Mitts. In fact, in
2004, Mitts was voted the sexiest female athlete, beating out the likes of
Jennie Finch (softball) and Anna Kournikova (tennis). The thing about soccer
is, it doesn’t drastically change a person’s appearance other than allowing
them to be in top cardiovascular condition. So unlike football, you don’t have
to put on pounds of muscle (or fat, depending on the position you play), and
you don’t have to be freakishly tall. Soccer simply has regular guys and gals
who are at the peak of their physical conditioning.

6. Game atmosphere is better
Football games can be fun to
attend. Some fans will paint their face or make a funny sign. People can get
obsessed with their teams, and it shows. But compared to soccer, football
atmospheres are tame. Soccer has sections of fans called hooligans. These groups
of like-minded ladies and gentlemen cheer their team on with outrageous
enthusiasm. Often times they will have cannons, smoke flares, and drums. But
the one thing that soccer fans do that really differentiates them from other
fans is sing their team’s chants. It creates an intimate moment between the
fans as they come together as a single, strong voice, to cheer their guys on to
victory. It cannot be understated how much these chants create an unforgettable
atmosphere when attending a soccer match.
5. Soccer players are more physically fit
In soccer, every man on the pitch
is in top physical conditioning. They go for 90 minutes or longer, running the
entire time without any breaks. Football is 60 minutes. Theoretically, the
players only play half the time since offenses and defenses change out.
Furthermore, a play in football lasts around five to ten seconds. Once it’s
finished, the players generally get at least 30 seconds to rest. However, by
the fourth quarter of a football game, often times you can see fatigue hitting
the players. While fatigue also sets in during a soccer match, the players
still play, and the best players are strong until the very end. But perhaps
this quote from the movie Dogma
can best sum it up: "Any moron with a pack of matches can start a fire.
Raining down sulfur takes a huge level of endurance. Mass genocide is the most
exhausting activity one can engage in... next to soccer." - Matt Damon

4. Soccer takes more skill
Bouncing a ball with your hands is
natural. Catching a ball with your hands is natural. Try catching a ball with
only your chest, knee, or foot. It’s not so easy. That’s because controlling a
ball with the feet is much more challenging as it is not a natural body
movement. Therefore, it takes quite a lot of practice to be able to do even
some of the more simple things in soccer, like passing and shooting properly. When
you look at pro football player and you see some of the amazing things they do,
it’s true that it would be difficult to replicate, like some of the crazy
catches they make, but the fact is that it’s possible. However, trying to
replicating some of the quick-footed juggles that pro soccer players do would
be downright impossible, even for some seasoned, non-professional soccer
players. The fact of the matter is, you could randomly take five guys from the
office and go play a respectable game of basketball or football, but if five random guys tried to play soccer, it would
get ugly really quickly.

3. Scoring holds more weight
When someone scores in football,
it’s exciting, but many times it’s just business as usual. However, putting a
point on the scoreboard is soccer is much harder to come by. Guys will get
hacked, fouled, and shoved, and then they still have to have their wits about
them enough to shoot. When a goal in scored is soccer, it’s cause for a
celebration. But the reason doesn’t just lie in how uncommon scoring might be.
It comes from the fact that when a loose ball is bouncing around in your team’s
penalty area, your heart is pounding and your eyes are wide with anticipation.
If the ball gets cleared, there’s a small respite as relief sets in. And that
same wide-eyed anticipation grips you when your squad has set up a good scoring
opportunity for themselves. It’s such a high level of tension that when they do
score (or give up a goal), the emotional outburst is greater than it is for any
other sport, period.

2. Soccer creates a positive sense of nationalism
Every four years the World Cup
occurs. It’s an event that any country has the chance to play in, and it brings
various cultures and peoples from around the world together, similar to the Olympics.
First and foremost, on a worldwide basis, soccer is the most popular sport
around. Fans will rally around their teams and the tolerance level for
different cultures is widely accepted and celebrated. But the celebration does
not stem from the between cultures differences, nor is it a battle against
those differences. It’s a celebration of enjoying the same sport no matter what
country a person hails from. Nothing illustrates this better than the events of
the World Cup in Germany. The Ivory Coast was at war with itself. The
government controlled the Southern part of the nation while the rebel faction
held power in the North. The two sides had little to agree on or stop their
fighting until their country qualified for the World Cup. The best team
available was assembled, comprised of athletes from all over the country. The
love for the sport of soccer caused the Ivory Coast to call a cease fire for
the duration of World Cup so that the nation could celebrate as a whole on
their team’s achievement.

1. For soccer, all you need is a ball and a patch of
dirt
Soccer is the purest of sports
because all you need is a ball. Sure, some grass or a flat piece of land helps,
but it’s not necessarily a requirement. Just ask the kids in South America who
play everyday on the streets. Soccer is as pure as sports get. You don’t need
pads, you don’t need any equipment, you don’t need specialized fields, or
anything else. You don’t even need shoes. All that is required is the ball, and
maybe some imagination. In college, I used to play in many varying areas of the
campus. We’d use a lot of different things for a goal, such as trash cans,
shoes, other soccer balls, bags, stairs, or anything else that was there. The
fields didn’t even require symmetry. We just played for the sake of playing.
And that’s why soccer is such a wonderful sport - because a game can
spontaneously erupt based on the want to play.

Sunday, June 22, 2008

YAY FOR SPAIN!!! I took forever to pick a bus and finally ended up on the best one -- Bus #1 woot! Food was awesome thanks to Emily, Yoni, and everyone else who made food. I ate salad and kabobs for the most part, had a bite of Elaine's salmon burger, stole a sausage from another group, and tried some grilled bananas and grilled mangos and grilled tofu. Swimming was nice, especially in the sun. I didn't get around to yearbook signing, but I've been lazy with that and don't really care about it anyway. Played some volleyball, got sprayed by multiple waterguns, stole more people's food... 'twas fun.

Last Tuesday:
Senior Luncheon @ New Asia. Horrible Chinese food but I eat anything. Spellicy delivered a hilarious speech which included me cause i'm special. We took all the leftovers after, and headed to Cow Palace for graduation rehearsal. Grad rehearsal was boring but some shit happened; apparently Ms. Giles was going to hold my diploma because I didn't return my Calculus book or my calculator. That fat bitch told me to get it cleared by the night 'cause she "doesn't check her email in the morning" and "doesn't give out her cell phone number to students." Well, thanks for telling me about this a FEW HOURS beforehand you stupid fuck. I got a hold of Mr. Chambers, and cleared the calculator, but couldn't get a hold of Mr. Cohen. I consulted Ishibashi and he helped me relax a lot though it didn't get me anywhere. Ms. Chu finally saved my life when she allowed me to make a $30 deposit on the book and clear it with Mr. Cohen after graduation. Whoo.

Last Wednesday:
Graduation! It still hasn't really hit me that I'm Lowell alumni now. I've been meaning to write a separate entry about my four years, but I'll put it off until I actually feel like Lowell's over. After all the pictures were taken, my parents took me, my sister, and my cousins to a sushi boat restaurant on Geary. They said we could eat as much as we wanted, so I pigged out and took everything off the boats lol. YUM! Then my cousins came over to play majong. I lost $17 DIU, but I didn't have to pay 'cause my sister owes me a lot from my Christmas winnings. Then I went to Grad night, which was boring yet eye-opening. We left way before the police came, Sean sleptover @ my house 'cause he was all whiny about not wanting to go home.

Last Thursday:
Elaine came over in the morning to tell me what happened. Then I went to Lowell to clear things up with Mr. Cohen. Apparently, he doesn't believe I turned in a book when I DID. I put it on his desk and he CHECKED IT OFF on Wednesday when the FINAL PAPER was due. So to save further complications, I decided to take the Calculus books in the SAO to replace my "lost book." So basically, I turned in more than one book. Mr. Cohen sounded disappointed in me and told me to "take responsibility" next time. Just another reason why I'm so fucking glad to leave Lowell. Then I had to get the textbook lady to verify, and then Ms. Giles finally got off her fat ass and gave me my deposit back. What a great last impression of Lowell. I let out my frustration through brawling with Tony & Jeff Z. afterwards. I > Tony by 1 life, = I win, as usual.

Last Friday:
I brawled with Tony again in the morning, guess what? I won again, duh! Then I went to Carter's house and then we went to KFC with Jojo, Sean and Dennis. I didn't eat anything, and I'm proud, 'cause eating KFC is like asking for your death. We played wiffleball at the Taraval park after, and then I went to Stonestown to verify that I DO get a free iTouch with my Macbook! I didn't have my proof of Macbook-payment ready though, so I'll pick up that baby next time.

Saturday:
Left early around 5 AM for LA. We arrived at Magic Mountain pretty late around 11:30. Here we go:
1) Revolution (this one wasn't a "maximum thrill" so I expected it to suck, which it did. 3/10)
2) Viper (this one was pretty fun but it wasn't that good. 6/10)
3) Riddler's Revenge (I personally hate roller coasters where you have to stand, but this one wasn't too bad. 8/10)
4) Batman (WAY better than expected. The design is exactly like Top Gun, but the ride is actually twice as fun and twice as long as Top Gun. 9/10)
5) Scream (We went on this twice because the line was so short. It brought memories of Medusa, it's almost exactly like it. There were many turns and twists and I liked it. Very fun. 8/10)
6) Goliath (OMGGGGG. I LOVE I LOVE I LOVE I LOVVEEE THIS RIDE. 255 ft. drop at 85 mph? This is on a TRAIN too. Unbelievably fun, I blacked out! Everyone blacked out, actually. Yup, it's that fast. If you don't know what blacking out is like, basically, the ride is going so fast and black smudges creep into your eyes and your vision goes wacko. We only waited 30 minutes for this ride though normal wait is 2 hours YAY. 10/10)
7) X2 (The line for this ride is ridiculously long. It was 3 hours in the morning, and we thought it'd be way shorter by night, but we still waited around 2.5 hours for it. Guess what? IT'S WORTH IT. THIS IS THE BEST ROLLER COASTER EVER. EVER. EVER. EVER. First 5-D. It had a stereo installed in the car, you're not even ON the track... you're off to the side dangling in air, your individual car rotates 360 degrees, the first drop is 88.5 degrees face DOWN, there's FIRE, and it's just the best thing ever. It's literally insane, trust me. You can't see any other cars around you. It's just you... and AIR. You're either flying or you're plunging straight to the ground. Imagine yourself jumping off a building face down at superspeed with nothing around you. That's just a piece of X2. I rate this.... 100/10.)
8) Tatsu (This is what most people say the 2nd best ride of Magic, second to X2. It's true. I mean, it's the world's longest tallest fastest flying roller coaster, what can you expect. The normal wait is around 4 hours for this ride, but we got lucky at nighttime and only waited 1 hour. Yes this is a flying coaster, I felt very much like a dragon indeed. 10/10)
I loved Magic Mountain. The roller coasters made everything at Marine World & Great America look wimpy, including my used-to-be favorite Invertigo. What a day. After that, we went to my dad's friend's house to stay over. SLEEP.

Sunday:
Left LA and headed back home. We stopped by the Gilroy outlets, all I got were a pair of flip flops. I finally arrived home at nighttime I think. My sister and I watched three movies during our trip to and from LA: The Breakfast Club, Sydney White, and my favorite of the three -- Ocean's Eleven. SLEEP.

Monday:
Carter, Sean and I went swimming at S.I. in the morning. It was the first time I dived since... elementary school? Then major raping at my house for lunch -_-. We went bowling at Serra Bowl afterwards, I got second place =[ oh well. 109 points haha I hella suck! Not as much as Carter though -- he had ninety something points. Edward was bored without Phoebe so we picked him up and went to Carter's house for movies. We watched Talledega Nights and Transformers (which is OBVIOUSLY, without a doubt better than Iron Man). Everything about Transformers is so perfect I LOVE IT. I finally went home at around midnight.

Tuesday:
I went to the dentist to get all four wisdom teeth pulled off. It wasn't that painful -- it's always the numbing that hurts the most. They did have to cut through my gum and sew it up though, which sucked. My cheeks didn't swell up too bad, but it did hurt quite a bit when I got home. Jojo and Sean came over to play with my Macbook, and we made some retarded videos off Photobooth's animated backgrounds. Then Sean and I watched hecka movies until 7 AM! The list: Cars (it was pretty good), The Grudge 2 (waste of time), and Casino Royale (of course good).

Wednesday:
We woke up around 10 and continued the movie marathon: Hitch (alright), Kill Bill Vol. 1 (I LOVE IT -- must watch Vol. 2 soon, which I own thank God), and The Notebook (one of my favorites lol). Yeah, that's eleven movies in three days. Carter came over after and us three went biking around town. We walked through Stern Grove pitchblack at night, but made it through alive! Then I biked to T-28 for some porridge, and headed home to catch up on some rest.

Thursdsay (today):
Today I went to Eggettes and Polly Ann's with Elaine and Jen Ma. They hella suck at spinning that ice cream wheel! Then we chilled at the Ortega Playground, and tanned on the grassy field next to it. We had a ton of perverted talk thanks to Fatty fat fat J-MA, geez. We went to Jen's house after to check out her new crappy laptop, and then Reed and Aja came over to chill with us. I finally biked home just now and am so happy to finish this LONG UPDATE. YAY FOR ME!

PS I picked up my flight tickets to Japan & China! (I'm leaving on the 25th of July, and I'll be back around the 20th of August, in case you're wondering.)

Summer is awesome, GOODBYE.
Monday, June 09, 2008

On Friday, I went to Calso (Cal Student Orientation)! It was pretty boring actually. The only exciting part was when we got advising. My adviser gave me a lot of useful tips about which courses to take =). Hm, the food at Unit 3 was actually not bad. A lot better than expected. Then I went with Elizabeth Jocelyn and Daichen to the Senior Last Dance. We accidentally took the bart the wrong direction and ended up in San Leandro, so we got to Lowell half an hour late. That sucked. Well, that dance was really fun. The DJ sucked as usual -- I hate it when they mix songs, and I wish they strictly stay on dance music rather than awkward stuff. They played 'Gimme More' AND 'Break the Ice' though. That was good. After the dance I headed back home to shower, and then my dad gave me a ride back to Berkeley. I went into my dorm, which was actually pretty spacious, and slept. I hate pillows that sink. It was a good sleep though.

I woke up and we got a campus tour of Cal (even though I've been there a bazillion times). The tower thing was kinda weak. It wasn't even that high. Well... more boredom ensued. I was really tired from the walk. The library was nice -- I feel like I could live there when I do my hardcore studying. We finally scheduled for our classes, and damn people are competitive. Classes started getting full already, boo. After the closing ceremony, I got my t-shirt for Chris Cheung and barted home. I configured my schedule a little, and then went to the SBC Last Dance. This dance sucked besides the free cotton candy, snow cones, and jousting arena. The bounce house is dangerous... I think I bruised one of my nails from it. Anyway, the DJ sucked big time, AGAIN. I should DJ next time... even I have better song choices in my iPod. Why the hell did they play 'Stronger' three times. I don't even think it should be played once. 'Gimme More' twice was smart though, haha. There were way too many underclassmen and guests (fobs) for me to dance with anyone, so that sucked. Tony, Sean and I went to my house afterwards to play some smash.

Today I was really bored at home, I watched the auditions for the second season of America's Best Dance Crew. I forgot the names of the groups that I liked. Went out to a huge dinner afterwards. Right now I'm typing on my baby Macbook @ 3AM in bed. I should get sleeping because I have to wake at 6.

Upcoming events:
Senior Picnic (in a few hours actually)
Senior Brunch on Tuesday
Graduation Rehearsal on Tuesday
Graduation on Wednesday :(
Magic Mountain on Friday I think
Los Angeles on Friday
San Diego on Saturday

My schedule:
Scandinavian
Nutritional Sciences and Toxicology 10
Math 16A (I might switch over to 1A)
Something else, maybe Physics for Presidents? (if I can get it that is)

I know, I had no idea I would end up taking these classes. Go figure -- everyone who wants to do business or anything associated with letters & science has to take these random courses.

Sleepy time, bye.

Tuesday, June 03, 2008

Saturday I went to David Pon's birthday party @ Crissy Field. It was really nice cause the picnic area was right next to the beach, and the view was hella pretty cause the bridge was right there lol. Uhh, so we flew some kites, played some football, ate a lot of food, played some wiffleball, mafia, etc. It was tons of fun, happy birthday David!

Sunday we made our Black Fryer (potato gun) for physics. It took a few trips to Home Depot to get the gun going. Today we actually tested it and it worked twice. The second time, when Tony shot it... was hecka loud and powerful like an actual gunshot, good thing Jeff Z. got it on tape in case it doesn't work by the time Shapiro sees it. We're still having some technical difficulties but hopefully it will be fine by Wednesday.

Argh, I have to do the Math final paper, study for Comp Prog final, and study for the stupid English essay tomorrow. Why is there so much academic work to do, especially when it's essentially the last week of school, and way past APs. Shit and I have to do that Academic Orienting stuff before Calso too... grr.

Anyway, I just realized even though I can't go to the Senior Last Dance (cause of Calso), I can at least go to the SBC Last Dance! Whoot, lol. Apparently Calso ends at 1pm on Saturday. Yay. Oh and I also found out that after graduation, I'm going to Magic Mountain the next day, then LA, and then San Diego... which means I'm going to miss the dinner with Spellicy and sleepover @ Emily's house. Oh wells, kinda sucks 'cause I've been to LA and SD lots of times already. Magic Mountain is new though, and I'm pumped for that.

Hm, that's the update for now. Cya.

Thursday, May 29, 2008

Guess what? I'm typing from my new laptop. YAY!

I promised to log the rides we went on at Great America, so here goes:

Drop Zone (5x)
Invertigo (4x)
Top Gun (3x)
Survivor (2x)
Centrifuge (2x)
Pirate Ship (1x)
Delirium (1x)
Bumper Cars (1x)
Carousel (1x)
Swings (1x)
Psycho Mouse (1x)
Grizzly (1x)
Rapids (1x)
Whitewater ride (1x)

That's like, 25 rides. Ownage! Invertigo is hands down the best ride in the entire park.

Then afterwards we (Elaine, Sean, Steph Y., Jen Ma, and I) went to eat at some Indian restaurant in the Mission with Reed, Aja, Amy and David. The food was good and it was pretty fun. We kinda got lost getting there... I didn't know they named streets after every state in the country -- it was weird ending up at Iowa and Pennsylvania, lol. Anyway, lalala I'm bored right now but thinking about some stuff that I really want to just forget about cuz it's frustrating me.
