| I'm writing a song
it's going to be performed at talent shows...
summer is ending
no school for clinto
I dislike emo kids... few exceptions
old navy, target, the gap.... and maybe anchor blue... jean shopping
and now, a story...
I was walking in the back areas of sea world by myself (tony and
brenton were racing) in my escort uniform (pink bowling shirt,
rolled up capris, and those lords of dogtown shoes) when I see a group
of the sea world campers walking in front of me, and they're singing
the boom chika boom song. They were on the janitor version of the song,
which is my favorite, so I begin to mouth the words, but silently.
Suddenly, while on the "oh yeah"s, an approximatly 11 year old girl
(for the stories sake, we'll call her a preteen) turns to me and yells
"A HUG!" and hugs me with much passion. I'm completely confused, so I
start to walk away, and I hear her yell behind me, with tears in her
eyes "IT WAS JUST A HUG.... IT'S NOT GOING TO KILL YOU!" and then she
runs, she runs, she runs away as fast as she can....
am I a bad person for breaking this preteen's heart?
probably

I miss the days when computers were only used in the movie war games...
true, that was before I was born, but I had a lofty imagination...
my troubles with computers started with the game pharoah's tomb... I
would play that until that floppy disk could be used no more, and then
I'd get another...
next computer obsession wasn't until diablo II, but oh boy, when that
took control, I was ensnared into the gaming genius of that mystical
land.... needless to say, I played that game much more than a 13-14
year old boy should, but I regret nothing.
I was going to preach against the evils of the computer, but I don't
have the heart... the computer has been a loyal friend, and I can't
speak ill of one who has treated me with much respect and love... | | |
