Well I am getting stronger,

I don’t give in as easy.

Which I am really happy about.

But, I’m not ready for a

Long fast.

Today in class,

I had too do a paper on

Adults with Eating Disorders,

And had to act like I

think it was wrong.

I think people are getting

Suspicious of my E.D.

But I hope not.

 

Intake;

[B] plain tea (0 cal.)

Bite of celery(less than 5cal.?)

[L] water with lemon(0cal.)

One baby carrot (2cal.)

[A.S.] Country fried steak (250?)

[D] ????

I ate a yogurt with out

Even thinking!

I am so mad,

I already felt guilty
