I'm gonna have an Arizona Green Tea right now when I go to Barnes and Noble. That will be 120 cals and I think that might be it for the day.&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;So yeeeaaah laps are HARD!!! Then I gave in &amp;amp;&amp;amp; called him..I missed so much so yeah I called &amp;amp;&amp;amp; now we are talking again &amp;amp;&amp;amp; might work things out. BUT he went to NYC where he is from until JULY 1. Sooo I want to be 125 by the time he comes back. I HAVE TO BE. I'm probably like 137 right now, so its totally doable and some. But the last week I ate a lot and didnt workout or anything bc of being with him and such &lt;IMG src="http://www.xanga.com/images/sad.gif" width=15 border=0&gt;&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;When we were apart I got down to 123 and then when I call him again im 135, I just want him to see me skinny so I can feel pretty around him bc I NEVER do I always feel&amp;nbsp;ugly, fat, and gross&amp;nbsp;when I'm with him. I want to feel light and empty &amp;amp;&amp;amp; i need to be at least 120 to feel that way, i think...&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;So I want to start off with a FIVE day fast!! Just water, coffee, and tea. I will do it. Only 50 cals were from that though.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;The rest of the day I only had water. I went out to smoke hookah with my best freind and she ordered a huge plate of fries...I didnt even have one, I'm proud of that.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;amp;&amp;amp; also I worked out at the gym I did about 25 mins of dance cardio, 10mins, on the elliptical on level 10, and weights for about 15 mins.
