So schools started and it's crazy, I'm really excited about the year and what God has in store for me. I can't believe it's senior year and then we're out of here. It's scary and exciting at the same time. Thursday was a blast, because after basketball Melissa and I drove down to Mt. Pleasant and went to a Jessica Simpson concert. Haha, it was fun and we always have a good time together. This year is going to be fun, I'm just asking God to give me an optimistic look on it.

Got back from Europe Sunday night. The cruise was absolutely crazy and I absolutely fell in love with France, Italy and Greece. My favorite was probably France, and then Rome and Venice. I was so excited that I got to see the Sistine Chapel and the Vatican! I met some sweet people too. All together it was an amazing trip and the best early graduation gift my grandparents could ever get my cousin and I! I love you Nena and Papa!

So, like two more weeks till Europe with my cousin! I can't wait, it stinks though because I'm not going to see Garrett for like five weeks because he left for Alaska last week.  

Life's been going good, summer going way too fast, and basketball is creeping up like no other. Been babysitting a lot too, but making good money.

Today I found out that my cousin's getting married in October out in California so I'm pumped about that. Gives my family an excuse to go to LA again.

School's out and summer is here baby! So my job's been going really well, just been nannying a little girl twenty hours a week and then been doing some pick up jobs here and there with other families. Basketball has been tiring and I'm totally out of shape, but that's okay. We blew out Grand Rapids Christian in our scrimage the other night, so our team hasn't been looking too bad. But I'm mostly looking forward to my grandparents graduation gift to my cousin and I in a couple of weeks. (even tho I haven't graduated yet) They're taking us to Europe on a 12 day cruise in the Mediterranean. Besides that just been working, hanging with friends, basketball, and going to the lake on the weekends.

Doesn't life just rock in the summer?!

So this weekend was totally the best! Saturday was prom and then we partied till like 7 in the morning! A bunch of people just came over and we danced, watched movies, had a bonfire, and went hot tubbing. It was a blast and Garrett looked like a complete stud. I miss him tho, he's on senior trip in DC and NY. But anyways this week is service week and I'm trying to be optimistic about picking up trash for four days on the side of the road. I swear we're gonna a look like Juveniles. I'm going to miss working at the old people's home but this is oppurtunity for God to work with my attitude by placing me to serve in places that I normally wouldn't choose. Hope all goes well and then only two more weeks of school left! Yes!
