Let's see if I can remember all the nominations from February.   Dawn K for explaining that the reason for having a paper shredder on the counter is so you can put your burnt toast into and make croutons.  Becky for trying to explain to her mom what the show "Avatar" was about by stating that there were air benders, fire benders, water benders, and fender benders.  There was another one, but I can't remember what it was, but it doesn't matter because....

Now that we're over half way through February, I thought I should finally determine who the HOM is for this month.  There were several nominations; the most we've had in a while.  If you would like to know what they were, you'll have to check the last couple of posts.  One that I forgot to mention was Chris Kaskel who, as I was trying to explain something, responded with "I'm Ace-ing what you're serving" to which i replied back with, "That means you're just standing there!"  And we all laughed. 

Anyway, February's HOM goes to.................Larry "the man" Kaskel for his clever use of "Shi'ite Muslims!"

In other news, i finally got my Nintendo Wii and beat Zelda in something like 34 hours.  Now i get to play it again, but this time i'm using the book.

two important things....

1) yesterday marked 11 years since the night i got saved!  It's hard to believe that it's been that long.  God has continued to be faithful and much better to me than i deserve.

2) i get a new phone today and i'm extremely excited.  it's a PDA phone that can hold my calendar, connect to the internet, and do all sorts of cool stuff that will help keep me organized. 

that's all.  i'm heading out now to get said phone and go to the baltimore aquarium and look at all sorts of sea animals.  later.
