A few weeks ago, I boasted to Rose that I have a really good immune system and that I rarely get sick. Bam! I caught the virus and was in bed for 4 straight days. Truth is, I do have a good immune system and I haven't been sick since my Junior year in highschool. However, I think I cursed myself by bragging about it. Thank God, I am recovering and healing quickly.

Praise Report: Anthony got a job downtown, and he will be two blocks from my building. I am so excited for him...hehe and me. We don't get to see each other often and now since we work near each other, we can do lunch! He interviewed with this company before and they took forever to get back to him, but they finally made the right choice. I know he is really excited. He'll get to do more consulting work, what he has always wanted to do, instead of programming.

Do and I went to dinner with Khang and he asked us what we do for fun. Besides from going out to eat, we don't do much else other than study together. I really enjoy studying with him. I appreciate a good studying partner and he is far and away my favorite. I am totally bias, but we are so productive and I can get so much done when we study together. He pushes me to stay focus and I think I just distract him by talking.

My new favorite Thai restaurant is Nit Noi. I should have listened to AHop, he has been talking about their pad thai for years. I guess I started to appreciate good Thai food when I had really bad ones at Thai Cottage. I am never-ever going back there. The only thing they have got going on at Thai Cottage is their wings...everything else suck! I am very passionate and unforgiving about my food. If the food is done wrong once, I would never go back.

I went to EY after 3-4 weeks of absence. I miss the kids so much. I wouldn't tell them this but I think they are awesome. Do and I talked about how we think it is so cool that ADat and Sue are back to Houston and are now heading out EY. The kids really need strong spiritual leaders, and ADat and Sue are perfect for the role. I see how they love and care for the kids, it's so encouraging and there is so much that I can learn from them. This is a new beginning for EY, I believe that God is pleased with the kids' hearts and He will pour out his blessings. Also, it is such an exciting time for VBC. I can't wait to see what else God has in store for us.

YYAAAAAAAAAAAAAYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYY

It's soooo OVER!

*I am not that excited, kinda sad actually*
The Toys R Us song comes to mind when I think of graduation.

Switching on my lazy mode....Argghhhh.

Can't...must...continue...to...study. (Crap, I hate wrestling with my bed and comforter. I never win.)

I am sitting here, trying to study. What better time than this to post pictures right? Here are some pictures of my NYC trip.

IMG_2147  Joe's Shanghai soup dumpling. It was good, but I had better in Shanghai

IMG_2151  The best egg custard ever!!! Next to it is a melon mouse cake, green tea custard and another delicious egg custard.

NYC-Group2

This is our group, missing one person, waiting for a table at Joe's pizza.

Eating Pizza Apparently, Joe's Pizza was featured on the popular kiddie cartoon, which I didn't grow up with, Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles. I have to say, it was the best Margarita Pizza I've ever had.

J&H Bathroom We had brunch at Jeckel and Hyde. Finding the bathroom in this place was a challenge. The door is somewhere behind these two walls of books.

IMG_1666 It was hard trying to hold it in!

IMG_1672 What's this long line for? Magnolia

IMG_1680 The best cupcakes in the history of mankind. No, I am serious. I am still dreaming about them since I've been back.

NY-Central Park Strolling in Central Park to the Open Field so we could play some fooosball.
