Name: Kristyn Birthday: 9/6/1985 Gender: Female
Interests: I love math. Not that I sit around doing practice problems all day. I just enjoy it. I like other, normal, things too, such as: music, films, going on long drives, watching TV, running. Most of these involve sitting on my butt, they are the only things I can think of since I'm writing this during winter time and the thought of going outside is frieghtening. Occupation: Accountant

| I'm so exhausted! I've been running around this weekend doing all sorts of junk. I took Dozer to the park twice. He loved running around with the other dogs. It was soooo adorable. Ugh, too tired to write... -K | | |
| The other day I noticed a blemish on my face, near my right eye. I thought it was a zit, it hurt and I scratched it a bit in hopes of making it release some pressure. A couple days later (bringing us to this morning,) the side of my face by my eye and all of the area just below my eye is swollen! It hurts all over and I've been taking benedryl but it hasn't had too much effect. I figure it must be some kind of insect bite. Ugh, it's mega-gross. This sucks... -K | | |
| So, my dog stepped on my belly ring while we were playing. LAME. What's more lame? I took it out because it hurt sooooo bad. Went to put it back in 12 hours later and the hole was closed! Either swollen shut or healed, I can't really tell because it looks normal but still feels weird. Grrrr. I'll have to get it re-done when it fully heals. Damn it! Had cake for dinner. Will make enormous effort to actually go to the gym instead of sitting at home. New House tonight. Yay. His bitterness at life makes me feel less hateful by comparison. Had a bad headache today...all day. Will drink coffee as a post-dinner chaser. Saw more ads for apartments and luxury condos. Desperate to move out. Wish my family was ridiculously wealthy and gave me money for extra-nice things. Yeah...that'd be nice. Oh well, guess I'll have to keep working. Until I marry a weathly heir. -K | | |
| I am mega-hungry. It sucks...waiting for food to cook and listening to a dumb jingle on a commercial. I am thinking of painting my room periwinkle. It seems like a delightful choice. I want new furniture too but my mother won't let go of some of the crappy stuff she has that's 30 years old. She wanted a new bedroom set, so she put her old stuff in my room while I was still at college. I tried to tell her to give it away or sell it, but she insists that no one would buy it (that I agree with.) She would give it away but no one wants it...I understand. So she gets new furniture and I'm stuck with AWFUL stuff that I can't get rid of because it's her house and her furniture. Yet somehow, she was able to get a new bedroom set with no problem. It's 30 years old! The style is soooo dated so no one would ever want to buy it but it's still in good condition so she refuses to just throw it away or give it to the church's yard sale. Nonetheless, I will repaint and get a queen-sized bed. The dog is doing well. He's getting big and learning his tricks. He knows: Sit, stay (for only about 10 seconds,) lay down, paw and kiss. I wish he would get the housebreaking. Whenever he has to go, he won't walk to a door...he goes to the staircase and if no one happens to notice...he'll shit on the stairs. Ugh...it's exhausting following him constantly. Otherwise, he's a blast :) -K | | |
| Wow...my xanga... I haven't written much but there's a lot to say. I graduated college, got a full time job at a place near my family's home, got a puppy (Dozer) and am looking to move into my own place next spring...I'm saving money now. Currently, I agreed to help out as a youth leader at my church. The youth pastor (a seminary student,) another guy my age from the church and me are trying to develop a successful youth group for pre-teen and up. Over the summer, I went to Italy, Greece and Turkey. It was AMAZING. I loved them all differently. I felt strangely at home in Rome. Greece was the ultimate vacation spot. It was so beautiful and picturesque. Turkey was interesting. So modern and ancient at the same time. I want to go back, but I hated the 120 degree temperatures!! UGH! Not to mention the fact that I'm apparently allergic to the Mediterranean/Agean/Ionian Seas. Taking a dip for even a 10 seconds, I broke out in hives all over my body! Jeepers, that stunk. Chris and I are doing okay, he's real busy. We barely get to see each other but we're going to Salem, MA at Halloween time. That will be awesome! I reserved a hotel between Salem and Boston, so we can do both. -K | | |
