As the title suggest "How-To eat good pasta"
1. Learn to be a good pasta chef
2. Marry a spouse who cooks pasta well
3. Be rich so you can have your hand on top pasta restaurents
4. Marry a rich spouse who can buy you good pasta
5. Steal a great pasta chef's secret recipe (perhaps immoral/illegal)
That's it for now. I'm hungry but I can't eat pasta til tomorrow!
