we went to bed at 10:00 last night.  that is SO early for us!  but man, was it nice.  we were asleep by 10:30 and I slept for 7 1/2 hours.  wow, that was just amazing.  i've made some changes in my nightly routine, and well, let's just say i am sleeping a lot better this week. 

today will consist of more sewing.  i am struggling to stay motivated.  but i need to get this project finished.  plus, today i have extra kiddos.  just for a while anyway.  i also think my girl is going to come scrapbook some this afternoon.  and then this evening i get to see my grandbabies!  woo hoo! 

we've decided to go to the lake house this weekend.  we were going back and forth about visiting with some friends.  but nothing was finalized, so we decided to get away.  UTson and his girl are going to come for the day on Saturday.  we are really looking forward to relaxing while we're there.  i'm not sure what we'll do other than hang out on the boat.  but man, am i looking forward to some sun time!

nothing much else going on these days.  i've been thinking about fasting.  i mean, i'm not so sure i'm going to actually do it.  i just don't know anything about it, other than you don't eat.  surely there is somewhere i can read about it, i want to learn more about it, the purposes, practices, etc.  i find it an interesting act, but i don't know enough about it.  suggestions are appreciated!

My baby granddaughter is due tomorrow.    Well, she was due tomorrow until she decided to join us early.  She had a doctor's appt yesterday and she weighed 6 lbs 11oz.  That's almost 3 times what she weighed at birth!  Go Addi!! 

So I didn't get much done at all yesterday.  Blah.  I started working on my pictures and did that most of the day.  Let's see if I can manage to get upstairs and start sewing.  I have some free prints to use, and I am trying to determine what still needs to be printed.  Or should I say, what I want to print next.  I have around 5,000 digital pictures right now.  I also have some pictures ready to scrapbook now.  I just want to be sure to get my pictures printed while I can.  All that to say, I worked on pictures all day yesterday.

Last night hubby got a ride home with the boy (he couldn't work out the TRE thing, although he might in the future).  We went to eat some chinese food and then to the auto parts store.  We came home and visited with his sister for a little while (she is leaving today for a HeartQuest) and had a really good talk with her and her hubby.  Then my hubby went to work on his car and it's all fixed up!  He is so funny, he loves his car.  It's older and not exactly in perfect condition, but he loves it.  He said he's had a couple of people make comments about it and I guess they just don't get it.  Anyway, he happily drove off to work this morning. 

the girl and her hubby are coming over for monopoly tonight.  well, the boys are playing monopoly, i would imagine that carrie and i will be scrapbooking.  yep, another awesome day around here.  and did i mention we'd had the babies since saturday to last night?  and this morning i MISS THEM!  i'm so silly, but i love those babies!

ok, i'm off to tackle the sewing room....  we'll see how long that takes me!  have a good day!
