Let me introduce... H2O

Hello, friends!

I have been in hibernation for a while, obviously.  But now I want to introduce to you a ministry my sister and I are starting called h2o. 

We are selling bags of snack foods for $3.00 to people who see homeless people on their way to work and other places.  They can keep a bag(s) in their car and hand them out to people they see.  This way they are blessing other people who need some hope.

The reason we call it 'Hope to Others'  is because there is a special hope we put inside each bag.  It is the hope of Jesus Christ!  He is the Living Water--hence the h2o.  Only He can save us and give us hope of eternal life with Him.  That is the spiritual hope we want to bring to the people in need.

Also, the bags of food can give physical hope to the bodies of the homeless people.

We are excited about the opportunities that are arising with this ministry.  We have sold many bags at our church and at the fair today!  Please let us know if you are interested in helping us, praying for us, donating, or buying your own bags to bless someone else.

"What's Inside?"

My sister, Layne, just had a birthday yesterday.  It was so cute to see her eyes open wide when she tore the wrapping paper away from whats inside.  Every little kid has the excitement of whats inside. We are Gods children and we have the excitement of whats inside our relationship with God.  We have the priviledge of knowing his abundant love and sharing in the joy of his goodness.  What a blessing it is to know God in such a way.  Continue to be excited for "whats inside."

"Delight yourself in the Lord, and He will gve you the desires of your heart!"

A couple weeks ago, my church had a service in the park.  We had beautiful weather and great sermon and music.  My dad preached a sermon called "Don't Waste Your Life."   If you want to listen to it, you can find it at www.Newlifenw.com.
