At what age do you think a kid should be able to start dating?
I've long been aware there are kids who's mental matureity to be superior with respect to others concidered peers.I'm sure there are those who might agree with what I have stated.I'm not about to apply this as stable or as an ability to be concidered a reliable and constant mindset. Each and all are awarded,allowed,and given with respect to individual tallents and or gifts.This applies to adults as well.
