vicarious

so, in addition to a nice nice nice pair of Airwalks, I just became a member of the Puma family with

yeaaahhhh...
they actually make those in what must be dozens of colours, but, even if I had known that before I get those, I still might've gone with these, because black and white just go with everything, whereas nice shade of blue wouldn't necessarily.
anyhow.
even in spite of that, I'm still feeling a bit down these days.
I wish I wasn't so pessimistic.

the one thing around me that I really want to kill:
rejection.

yep. no one trusts me, no one wants me to do anything, and yet they all expect me to be absolutely perfect at whatever they say I need to do, and I only end up victimized somehow.
it hasn't occurred to anyone that perhaps, if I were just given a normal chance, like millions of other people have been, things might work out a little better, but noooo, that's too much to ask.

life is dumb.
