As summer come close to an end...i realized i have to shake myself back into reality.

After traveling this summer and finally being able to relax without doing anything too mentally draining, suddenly i find it hard to get back into busy bee mode. Don't get me wrong, i am extremely excited to go back to school, knowing me of course i have ordered my books and already started reading the first chapter. Such a NERD!!!!

But the travels from this summer made me realize couple of things:

1. Traveling if awesome!!! My cancun trip was like a baby being tossed into a huge candy store with out restrictions. The ability to explore, try, and indulge.

2. My relationship with my boyfriend is one of a kind. A love with trust, honesty, fun, and most of all respect. I am so blessed to find someone that is my soulmate. I hate to use that word but there is no other way to describe him. I love this man with all my heart!

3. Family is so important. We might say those words but many of us does not follow through. Living in such an americanized/english society we are taught to be individualist, fighting for ourselves. But in reality, no matter what nation we live in our skin helps partly determine our paths. As yellow skin, we are not individualist, our actions reflect and affects our family. As i start to venture into this individualist world, i have learned to love what my parents have taught me. "Yellow skins are communal people, we live, play, work, succeed, for the people around us. Our dedication and obligations in life is not just for ourselves but for our ancestors, grandparents, parents, aunt, uncles, sisters, brothers, and our future family."

4. Learn to love and accept your family, for the good and bad.

Graduate school news

Hi guys.

just wanted to share some good news with ya.

I have recently received my acceptance from San Jose State University for their Master program in counseling.

I am so excited...but i am still waiting for one more school before i decide where to go. But in the meanwhile i am just happy and excited to be wanted!

hahaha...anyways...life is going GReat.

I would like to call all my friends and family to help me lose my last 15 pounds. Some of ya seen me recently know i lost a lot of weight. But i have not met my goal yet. I has been getting hard to do it, some have to do with laziness and lack of motivation. So I would like for ya to help me..mainly by being supportive...drop in and motivate me...ya can post a message of a picture of a really hot girl or encouraging words so i can keep my sense in check! thanks alot

this is what i am going to do: post pictures of my progress every two weeks of the same poses with the same shirt. so we can all see the progress.

remember the days where we would go out our ways to take those sticky pix in a booth? Ten of us would try to squeeze into the tiny booth...hahhaa...good times. Well, Duong and I went to a nice dinner and decided to relive those teenage years. We found a sticky pix booth and took some pixes. Here they are.

It felt so good to go out as a couple. Our lives is so busy right now that we do not have time with each other. But i still find myself loving this man more and more each day. well...night!

This past spring break…I had the luxury of heading up to Reno to just relax and recuperate. I did absolutely nothing but stay in the hotel room…hahahaha! Duong and I only left the room for a breather during lunch, dinner, and a little snack from the Dairy Queen couple of blocks away from the hotel. Let me tell you, vacationing and not doing anything is the best thing ever!

Cant wait for this summer!

Job hunting right now! Anyone got hook up?

Happy Post Turkey DAy and the beginning of a wonderful Holiday.

Thanksgiving week was wonderful. I spent the holiday with Duong and his family. It was nice....the house was noisy but at the same time cozy and homey. Everyone was helping out with dinner, we clean, cooked, and ate a fat dinner on the living room floor. Hahaha that is our ritual, eating thanksgiving dinner on the floor. There is a logical reason for this! hahaha...duong family consist of 8 people...and the dinning table is way too small for everyone to fit...so to feel like a family we ate on the floor by creating a table using a holiday tablecloth. hehehe...good times...got full and happy.

then at 4:45 i was woken up by my cell alarm and his sister's voice, cus we girls in the family tend to wake up real early for after thanksgiving shopping. Got to the mall at 6...cus we decided to go to valleyfair in Santa Clara. Surprisingly without much sleep i still had the engery to shop. Got couple of cute stuff...got to use Penney's gift card from my birthday...and still have about 17dollars...hahaha...i got a coach purse...5 shirts...and still got 17 dollars left. hahahhaa...good stuff...after Valleyfair we went to great mall...shop for 12 hours straight!!!!! AHAHHA...CRAZY FAMILY!!!

Once i got home i crashed...had a good 12 hours of sleep...and chill for the rest of the weekend...Now i feel totally guilty for not studying my finals...a little stress...but is all good cus i had fun!!!! well that is it.

I got extremely shocking news last nigth about a friend...then this morning i found out two people that i knew had just pass away.

Davis and Birdy may ya rest in peace.

And may god watch over the ones you left behind!

You guys would be missed.
