    Today has been one of my best days calorie wise!

    2  Rice cakes - 90 cals total
    4 tiny bits of turkey, like really small
    3 small bits of bread
    1 piece of lettuce

    Exercise:


    Walked to the park and then ran around with my pup, did a few short sprints
    Walked to the pool, didnt swim though
    Walked to and from work

     

     I also got a bit tan so thats always very exiting, hopefully everyone else did well too.


     Im going to do crunches and situps once my mom goes to bed.

    6/28- 6/30

    So my weekand went well . 

    In total of 3 days i ate:

    1 Banana
    7-13 Pieces of pasta (really fatty, but my sister made me)
    3 Bran Muffins
    7 Saltines
    1 celery stick w/ penut butter and raisins

    I exercised a fair amout, walked alot, went on a small hike. Tonight im gonig to do some crunches and squats.
    Pretty good for me just starting out agian. Hopefully tommormow will be better.

    Ill post thinspo tommorow.

  • Finally Back.

    It's been about a year and Im finally back. It feels amazing. My mom deleted my other xanga so heres to a completly fresh start.

     

    Ill update on Monday morning with tons of tips/thinspo.

    And my intake/outtake.

     

    Wish me luck this weekand.
