A Pack of Wild Blogs...well my (we)blogs come few and far bewteen these days. (arent cliché wordplays so much fun) i have recently attended a concert with several close friends and a lot of not so close friends. (i imagine that everyone there would have been my friend seeing as how we all had the same taste in music.) the concert on the other hand was just awesome. the bands there put on performances like it was nobody's business. who knew mr. nobody was such and entrepreneur. today was a day of feasting and then giving thanks for all those blessings in your life. not in that order. i'm not particular but some people may be. this is my favorite holiday for several reasons. if you've never heard my spill then prepare to read my guts. so other than the obvious on how i was there in the first thanksgiving with the indians having a FEAST!, i like to get full on turkey, stuffing, and apple pie. this is the only combo that (un)officially works. for me at least those things must join as one to make this day what it is. kinda like the planeteers when they resurrected captain planet. so i've spent the last week being at home and being lazy. it's been nice. no stress, no resposiblities, no girls (of course i never had that to begin with). this week home has kind of been my own utopia of Hakuna Matata. that's right the grass has been greener this week. now all we to look forward to is Christmas. i'm not exactly big on this hollyday because it's supposed to be more of a holyday, but this year i'm so excited to see it roll around. i'm excited to all holly jolly and to rock around a christmas tree or four. (i attend a lot of christmas parties) i want to deck the halls, but only with my right hand because my left is still broken from the car wreck. i'm already dreaming of a white christmas. i will not however subject myself to roasting chestnuts over a fire. marshmallows yes, nuts no. call me a chowderhead, but this is just how i feel. i've just realized that no one ever says chowderhead. let's bring it back. along with cowabunga, gnarly, and tubular. those words just seem so fun. well i will leave this (we)blog with a fun fact: Apple bottoms and coke bottle bottoms are of the same shape! -chowderhead |
