| Long time,eh???Wow,it's been a while huh?? Hmmm... Let me think of what I need to update you all on.... First of all Dan and I are on pins and needles waiting for Ed and Lindsey's little baby!!! We can't wait!!! I made a shirt that says "BEST AUNT EVER!" on it. I can't wait to hold that little guy for the first time. I love kids,but Dan and I just aren't ready for them yet. Maybe in a few years,I got race cars to drive first!! Haha! I'm gonna teach little baby Brown about Nascar,Monster Trucks,Drag Racing and lots of other stuff. That's my intention even though we live a bit aways. I can send videos!! Hmm.. what else is going on here in Nowheresville...I haven't saved any animals,well I take that back,Dan and I saved a dog that had a diaper on it a couple weeks ago. The owner came by and got her,she said she was in heat so hence the diaper. Funniest sight I've even seen. Back in July?? I think it was, my dad won his first in like 15 years race down at a Buick meet in.. I forget where. He ran againest my uncle for the win,so that was awesome! The first time they faced eachother in the finals before. That was a great day! Since then the car has been a little fickle,running faster,so thats a good thing. I want to get in their soo bad,but dad doesn't think I can handle it. Whatever. I did buy a little red Topaz to race at Lorain Speedway next season. Can't wait for that. It's a great car,and I feel bad for having to take her apart and beat the crap out of her,but it's all apart of the game. Got alot of work to do,like basically strip her down to the nitty gitty and put a roll cage in,racing seat,harness,stuff like that. I can't wait! My goal is to have her done by March. The season starts in April and runs through Sept. That's part of Dan and I's winter projects. We also want to fix up our house. Put a new kitchen floor down,paint and fix up our bathroom,etc. It needs help,that's for sure. Ah,the responsibilities of owning a house! We'll also be going on a short vacation down to North Carolina in November,we're looking forward to that. Just looking around the area of Mooresville,or Asheville. It's pure Nascar Country down there,and we're going to go soak it up!! Nascar is something Dan and I both enjoy,even though we don't like each other's drivers. He's not as sick about it as I am,but someone's gotta be the sane one! Haha! He's so good to me! Love you babe!! Marriage life still rocks,and I hope it always will. I can't believe it'll already be 2 years in April!! Unreal! Time goes by so fast anymore. Well, I hope everyone is doing well,and I hope to hear from all of ya!! Till next time.... P.S. | Stephanie Brown- Cow SaverHola. I feel so awful for my babe-a. (Dan) His cat died yesterday,and he's so sad. I'm sad too,but he's had that cat for awhile.Illmiss her when I go over to mom and dads house,because it always amused me to see how much she hated me. I stepped on her tail once,I'm sure she still held a grudge towards me for that. R.I.P. Rone-Dog. After hearing that news I tried to get home ASAP. Till I was detoured by a moo-moo. So, I'm driving home right, at night with my brights on going about 45mph down a lonely,old,poop infested, road and I'm singing along to the radio and then I look over and I though I saw a cow. I stopped singing and then asked myself,was that a cow? I thought to myself,self,if there's a moo-moo in the road and people fly up and down this road that big cow is gonna out a hurtin' on someone and their car. So,I did a U-ie in the road and went real slow back down the road with my head out the window searching for the cow. Well I found him and he was a big 'ol honkin' moo-moo! So I turned around again and went to the amish persons house to tell them they had a cow loose. So I pull up in their driveway,Ikeep my car running in case their doggies come after me I can run away to shelter. I slowly find my way in the pitch black darkness,mind you it's 10:15pm,and I'm like, Hello? Is anybody home? Then these 3 kiddies run out and I told them they had some cows loose. So they went and got their dad and 900 other brothers and came out. So I got back in my car and shined my lights on the cow and they hauled him off to safety. After they got it all taken care of I went home. I think it's soo funny how weird stuff always happens to me. My dad says I should write all my crazy episodes down and put a book together. Oh the stories I could tell...all true too. Stay tuned. | | |
| Misc.I'm soo hungry.Work Sucks. But I did find $112. dollars going through my high school graduation cards the other day! That made me happy. We are having a garage sale Friday and Saturday. Wish us luck. I hope we sell alot of our stuff,I'm sick of looking at it! Clutter!! Anywho,my sister is scheduled for ankle surgery on her birthday June 2.What a birthday present! I'm just glad she's home.Then in August she'll move down to Murfeesboro Tn. to go to Middle Tennessee State College for another 2 years,for Vet. Asst. for large animals,specializing in Horses. I gotta find a way to shorten that,it's too long to say,too many words. I've started my own candle business! I guess thats pretty big news. I'll be selling Partylite,only the best candles in the world! So,if anybody needs some candles or would like to see a book of all the goodies we sell,let me know! I can send it through the mail. There's more than just candles of course,but if you want to know more,let me know! Ok,there's my shameless plug. I'm done now. I've been thinking alot about which Nascar driver my-still-cookin-in-the-oven-nephew will like. I've been looking all over Nascar.com to see what cute baby stuff they got on there. | Wow,it's been awhile...Well, today we had 'Bring your child to work day' here at Westfield Insurance,the lamest place on the planet. Even though it's nice that the company takes the time to have something for parents and kids to do together. All day different events are planned,at different times of course,due to the large amounts of children that come. From visiting different areas of the company,and seeing what they do, to doing science experiments in the cafe. At lunch time 'Slider' the mascot thing for the Cleveland-we-suck-at-baseball Indians came in and danced around and signed autographs and took pictures with the kids. He also came up behind me when Dan and I were having lunch and scared the crap out of me and I proceeded to scream at a very loud level.Oops. Everybody thought it was funny,so at least it got a laugh. Other than that not too much else going on. Dan has a couple of church gigs this weekend.Hopefully this will be the last time he has to go to Akron. The church there is something else,thats for sure. Weird people and old people. The lowest level of sound,is still too loud for them.They are nice though. Hopefully we'll get to go to the race track on Saturday,pending it doesn't rain. I can't wait to see how the new track looks and feels! They just repaved it,it's first paving since 1957! Crazy. Yeah it was getting a little rough there. A million dollar project for a track that almost filed for bankruptcy last year.Thats good though. Dan and I watched some of his old home movies that his dad taped and put on dvd. Sooo funny.Soo,soo funny! Have you watch them yet Ed? If not,be sure to watch the Short Film that your dad made. It has Sundance film Festival written all over it! Dan and I were dying laughing. I love when Dan really gets laughing,his laugh is soo cute! I don't mean to embarrass you love,but it is! Well,I guess I should work today. Talk to you all later! | | |
