... and today i felt OLD.
it feels like only yesterday that my nieces came to the states.
now one's always up on the phone like any other sixteen year old
talkin' to her dude, while the other one's being her little athletic
self - busy with sports, friends, and of course ... those little
crushes. she shows me her yearbook and i really get the kick ...
one of my old friend's little sisters graduated from eigth grade - the
last time i saw her she was a wee little thing ... and now she's a
preteen?!? dang. then i have my other three lovely nieces ...
one's graduating from high school and the other two are getting a year
older this month. and of course, all those other graduating
seniors that i still see as little kids, and all 'em people that pop up
and visit you ... then you see how much they've changed and matured.
geeez ... TIME FLIES.
kids these days are growing up FAST.
