Ok... so thought I'd give this a shot one more time... if anyone is out there and reads these things I will post.. but I am not one of those folks that just writes for the sake or writing... i do it to connect with people... so if you read this give me a quick shout and we will see what happens.

about life these days... it's good and crazy.

Landon is about to finish his first week of kindergarten!!! WOW. Gabe and Chase are about the most
awesome 2.5 year olds I have ever seen... of course I am a little biased.

Kesia and I are doing good. We had a vacation this summer which was much needed and long over due. We hadn't taken a vacation in about 8 years.

Anyway... that's life at my place.

Currently I am not reading... I am sitting at the MUDHOUSE at MSU working on this post.

Sorry I didn't stick around tonight. I have to work at 7:30 AM. I loafed all day while Kara worked, so when she went to bed I went for a bike ride to get tired enough to sleep, and then I saw Chi Alpha worshiping Jesus in the park.

I will post with a quote I read today that I think applies to current situations around me:

Understand that when a youth pastor brings someone on the team, he is endorsing that person as a model his students can follow.

I am excited about small group! But, I also hope that myself and the leadership team I am on are people whose lifestyles and relationships you can endorse and want students to follow. If not, well, then I hope that something will be done about it! Love you man.
