| So I watched the new Bond movie in a movie theater today. Surprising considering I don't usually like going to theaters, but I felt so compelled to write a review that I posted one up on Yahoo:

If you're interested in my thoughts--or even if you're not--check it out and click "Yes" the review was helpful!

| It's been a while, summer's been great coming off of a 2 week break. Went back home and to a family reunion/cruise to ensenada in baja, mexico. Didn't get sick, enjoyed those specialty foods that you drool over on food network, and of course saw 70 of my relatives on the cruise...and that's just half my family! Amazing time, also good to get to know some of my cousins--now that we're all grown up.
If you haven't checked it out yet, see Google Calendar! The thing is amazing with multiple views, you can print out your daily, weekly, or monthly calendar, set repeat events, automatically add US holidays among others, share calendars, and more. But, the best part is the fuzzy logic it uses when you type in events. You can type "Small group wed. 7pm-9pm at starbucks" and it'll automatically pick out the location and time appropriately. If you know me well, you know i love using Outlook's calendar, but even outlook can't do this! And let's not forget the best part, you can logon at any unblocked computer anywhere in the world and access it! Incredible!

| I'm back from an awesome weekend in LA for my cousin's wedding--the first of my family and our generation to get married. Congratulations and best wishes to them! Even though i spent less than 1 day in LA (22 hours), I definitely got more out of this weekend than I expected: seeing the wedding, visiting grandma, and luckily talking to extended-extended family I hadn't seen in 12 years! Everyone's all grown up, myself included.
Too bad there's a price to pay also...I'm exhausted.
Mavs baby!
